Got the Thai milk tea with mini pearl boba 80% sweet with less ice. Everything about the drink is delicious. Great flavor of tea and very flavorful boba. Nice comfortable atmosphere could hang out and enjoy but not today!Ordering was simple enough, kiosk to order, user friendly and you can see exactly what the drink looks like. Major bonus to be able to do that. Drink was made quickly and correctly.10/10 recommend

I love indulging in their Thai Milk Tea with Boba! It's such a delightful treat that perfectly balances the rich, creamy flavors of the tea and the chewy texture of the pearls. I recommend opting for half the sugar level; the regular sweetness can be overwhelming. This way, you can truly savor the unique taste of the tea without it being overly sweet. It's a refreshing drink that hits the spot every time!

I love ShareTea and their drinks. I ordered the Peach Tea Ice Blended with Lychee jelly which was perfect for a warm day. Service was quick and friendly. I will note that it seems like they recently increased prices but at this point it seems fairly standard unfortunately. I haven't had boba drinks as much recently because of it but when I do it's usually at a spot like ShareTea.

Located at the end of the Orchard plaza off El Toro Blvd next to the Panda Express and Jersey Mike's is the franchised boba shop - Sharetea.This location has little seating with basic decor but clean facility and able to use a kiosk ordering system. The customer service is polite and prompt. Tried their mango passion fruit tea with less ice and 80% sugar and found it just a little too sweet but overall pleasant enough. It's not the place to focus on quality of tea or freshness of ingredients but it will serve in a pinch when a craving will arise.

If you want slow and unapologetic service, go to this branch. The girl wearing this crocheted handkerchief on her hair skipped people's orders and hid in the back room. She could have remedied the delay by saying something to the 7 customers waiting for their orders and explaining the situation. No word. She just works very slowly and hands you your order 45 minutes later with no apologies, no smile, no eye contact. Staff here lacks training. So disappointing. Not recommending this boba place. It used to be managed better. What a drastic change!

I ordered a classic Oolong Milk Tea with Pudding, and it usually comes with Pearl boba. When I called the front desk about the issue, the staff member said that I would have to add it next time. I was puzzled because they said they would include it with boba, so how could I add another extra and have to pay more? As a result, I won't be returning to this place, and I can't recommend it

ShareTea the best, this was honestly the first place that made me fall in love with Boba and other fruit teas as well. The customer service at this location is fantastic, the owner of this location, she is super kind. It's always quick, and the flavors are always awesome. Not much else to say! Definitely come here whenever I'm in the area, or when I'm in RSM, I go to that location as well.

They are topping off drinks with water when you ask for less or half ice... I ordered brewed tea not water, some people actually like the taste of strong tea vs. watered down "tea". As far as I can tell, this is what I would call "shady business practices"... used to like this place but I'm good on it now after seeing this happen to my drink. You don't have to be shady to save a buck... that's just wrong, and the Tea here is already on the higher end of the price scale vs. the surrounding competition.

Waited 50 minutes for my two drinks. When I walked in at 11:20, there was one lady waiting. I heard her ask the worker if her order will be ready by 11:40. I asked the lady (after I already placed an order) if she's been waiting for a long time, and she said she had a large order. Apparently she came in when the store opened at 11 (heard the worker tell the other worker), but she had emailed the manager ahead of time. She was picking up 18 drinks. Well, that lady didn't get her order till 11:50, and I didn't get my 2 drinks till 12:10. The manager should have had the second staff come in earlier to help the poor guy that was working there by himself. The customers walking in later were told that there's a 20-30 minute wait. Who wants to wait that long for boba?
