Shake Shack Costa Mesa

Ordered from their new location recently (where pancakes r us used to be RIP) on 17th st. They were offering a Bogo deal on their truffle burger so how could I refuse ? My order came thru in good time and I of course opted for lettuce wrap. I highly recommend you go with a bun on this particular order as it be on the salty side with just lettuce. But overall the burger was juicy, delicious and the fragrant truffle came thru in every bite so no complaints there. Seems like they're getting a bad rap lately but the burgers are still solid in my opinion compared to the other options and I'm also glad there's a location closer to my home now. Overall, highly recommended for any burger aficionado that has a hankering for a quality tasting burger, they definitely satisfy the hankering for a burger fix!Happy Eats!

Don't waste your time.$48, got 3 single cheeseburgers the size of an In N Out Burger, 3 fries and 1 large drink. Ok so it's expensive, maybe it will be amazing!Nope, if you like In-N-Out Burger, this is worse. And literally twice the cost.Automatic kiosk with 3 order iPads, 2 were down. Waiting 10 min with workers standing around none offered to take a manual order.Waited 25 minutes with maybe 6 customers at the location just to get my food. Wouldn't care if the food was great.Over paid and under delivered. After paying twice as much for a sub par soggy burger whose lettuce wasn't even crispy which is one of only like 3 ingredients on the burger, go somewhere else.

I ended up having work on veteran's day but luckily my team bought us free shake shack.Ended up getting a cheese burger combo. It was good but honestly I probably woulnd't pay for it since it's pretty pricey for a small little burger. I would need 3 or 4 of these to get full. Fries were good though and lemonade was lemonade. However $9.59 for a cheeseburger that size is not worth it to me. Maybe if it was a double? Sorry Shake. Team In n out.

Service is fast they have indoor and outdoor seating the burgers are always great and consistent we tried the new truffle fries THEY ARE INCREDIBLE YOU HAVE YO TRY IT

I've been wanting to come here because I kept hearing about it everywhere, including "Orange is the New Black." Overall, I thought it was ok. I like that they are open late. because sometimes I have a weird schedule, and can't really eat until late, and there aren't many late night places that don't involve a drive thru. It is kinda pricey. I ordered a drink, fries, and a burger and that ran about $15. I really like the hot dogs! They remind me of the swanky ones, that you get by the hotel pool on vacation. I don't get to go on vacations, so I will take nostalgia where I can get it. The burger and fries were pretty good as well. I do need to go back and try a shake though. My mom was upset that they didn't have onion rings. I like that they have a rewards program because i don't go out as much, so getting discounts or freebies is a bonus. The to-go box is really neat as well. You can take out the cardboard bottom, and use it as a tray. Makes it much easier to eat on the go, or in the car.

Been waiting for shakeeeenn to open up shop (or should I say shack to be ever so accurate and correct) for ages. And luckily now we have two and soon to be 3 with one about to Open in HB I believe..Anyways. This has always been my number two fast food burger after in n out. I like pretty much everything I've ever had here. But yes that shake burger when cooked just right is pretty damn tasty. I love the freaking buns so much.Shout out to Angie and Jeremy at this Costa Mesa location. They were superb and really went above and beyond with their customer service and care.

Surprisingly not too busy on a weekday around noon. I found parking without much difficulty. There is no drive through. There's limited seating inside. But plenty of seating outside, including umbrellas for shade. As usual, the regular Shack Burger with just a single patty hit the spot. I tried the BBQ Cheese Fries this time. There's BBQ powder sprinkled on top and optional BBQ sauce drizzle as well. It was fine, but I prefer the bacon cheese fries.I tried the Chocolate Salted Caramel Shake and didn't really care for it, so then I got a plain vanilla shake, but that was too plain. So next time I'll get the Cookies n Cream Shake.They also have beer and cans of wine including Sauvignon Blanc.

Shake Shack has online promotions. As of July 2024, 2-5pm you can get a free lemonade with a $10 purchase and on Fridays, there is a free shake with a $10 purchase. With the promotions, it's a great deal. Without the promotion, $12 for just a burger is on the pricey side. Roadside double: tastes like French onion soup in the form of a burger. The onions were steaming and overall good burger. On the saltier side and doesn't have any veggies other than onion. Strawberry frosted donut shake: subtle strawberry flavor and has a lot of sprinkles. Very filling shake. Parking: pretty difficult to find parking on a Friday evening around 6:30.

Wasn't a long line when we came in. We usually go to the Long Beach location instead, but we came to check this place out. We ordered through the IPAD, so the only service we had was them brining our food over to our table. Simple and quick. The burgers were typical and has always been consistent when it comes to taste and quality. We ordered the mushroom burger, their signature Burger, and the cheese fries. Keeping it basic. We haven't eaten burgers for awhile so it kinda hit the spot. At that time we were eating, there was this big family next to us who ate and left a big ass mess. Felt bad for the workers, but you gotta do what you gotta, right.

Super tasty burger with a great bun!!!Crispy fries. Great service.Plenty of parking spots. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating. Love it.
