My friend, she ordered "Yen Ta Fo" kinda pink sauce, I tried hers abit, its taste like the good combination between sweet and sour
My Tom Yum looks kinda bare compared to the photos I've seen. :(

I come to Trader Food Hall once in a while for lunch. I usually go to London Chippy next door, but decided to try the noodles here. I ordered the Khao Soi noodle soup which came with egg noodles and a creamy, spicy, curry broth, and Laos sausages. OMG it was soo good!!! You could choose your level of spice. I chose medium spicy and it was perfect! The soup was creamy, savory and rich in flavor. It paired well with the wide egg noodles. The Laos sausage was delicious. Everything was so flavorful and yummy! I really enjoyed my lunch and will definitely be coming back.

I recently ordered from Sen Thai Noodle Bar and was impressed by the overall experience! I got the wonton soup and the mango sticky rice, and both dishes were enjoyable, but the mango sticky rice truly stole the show. The mango sticky rice was absolutely superb--one of the best I've had in a long time! The mango was perfectly ripe and sweet, and the sticky rice had just the right texture, with the coconut cream adding a delicious richness. It was the perfect balance of flavors and a wonderful way to end the meal. The wonton soup was solid as well, with a flavorful broth and nicely cooked wontons. While it didn't blow me away like the dessert, it was still comforting and satisfying.

We ordered the Khao Soi and Egg Noodle Wonton soup. We ordered online, so it was easy to just grab it and eat it at the food court provided. I did have high hopes for this place but I could just not get over the lack of flavor the soups had. Khao soi is one of my favorite Thai dishes and it has that deep and creamy curry flavor. The one here was just lacking all sorts of flavor and was pretty bland. The wontons in the egg noodle soup were good but same situation, it wasn't anything special.Especially for the price and that it's in a food hall, I would opt for somewhere else.

The beef boat noodle soup here is decently good. They allow you to choose different rice noodles from thin vermicelli to the fat noodles. You can also select the level of spiciness. However, they offer sauces on the side to adjust your own level of spiciness. It is a small portion for the price you pay. The broth is savory but it is very cloudy. Expect to find a lot of tendons.

The food here is always excellent. My fav so far is beef boat and spicy pork bone. You can't go wrong with that.

This place is part of a mini food hall but it's tucked away on the right side and not part of the main open area with the other restaurants (behind the bar). A friend and I were craving hot noodle soup on a cold night so we opted to try this place out. I ordered the beef boat noodle soup with fat noodles and my friend got the Thai noodle soup with regular noodles. The girl taking our order was super nice and showed us which sauces went best with our respective dishes. We both really enjoyed our meals with the comment that the broths for both were a little on the sweeter side but still delicious nonetheless. It really did hit the spot!

I always see this restaurant sign when driving by but never can never find them before. Was going to the other Thai restaurant in the food court for lunch but ended up landing here!Since I have been eating much meat lately, I decided to get something without meat instead.Ordered the Yen Ta Fo noodles soup (medium spicy), something I never had before. Also opted for egg noodles instead of the rice noodles that comes with it.It was very spicy and delicious! The bowl of noodles came with a variety of fish cake and fish balls. Noodles were a bit overcooked to my liking, but not too bad. I usually like my noodles more firm and el dente but the lady didn't quite understand it when I ordered. I believe she's the owner and also the cook.Their menu prices also a bit higher than the rest of the restaurants in the food court so I guess they're not as busy? Their restaurant is also hidden on the other side of the food court. Will bring some people back soon.

I visited this food plaza on (10/18), and decided to try a noodle dish from Sen Noodle Bar.The service here was amazing and the lady working in the front answered all my questions as well as game me recommendations.I was choosing between the Khao Soi and their Beef Boat Noodle, and opted for the Boat Noodle. I was pleased with the flavor with their Boat Noodle, and it definitely holds up to other Boat Noodles i've tried in orange county. Their prices are quite affordable for the amount of food you receive. This boat noodle was very well seasoned without being overly salty and was loaded with different meat options.Would definitely recommend trying this place if you're craving thai food or are in the area!

This spot is located in an outdoor food hall, so it's great for bringing your dog along. It's a lively atmosphere, though parking can be a bit tricky during lunchtime since the lot fills up quickly.I ordered the house special beef boat noodle, and the food came out pretty fast, which was a plus. The soup was rich and full of flavor, though it can get a bit heavy if you're not used to it. While the flavor was on point, I did feel that some of the beef could've been more tender.Overall, it's a solid place for a quick meal, especially if you're craving something hearty, and the dog-friendly environment is always a win.

It's located in a little business-area plaza with various other foods/drinks/snacks/spas - parking can get hectic when busy. The place itself is a little hidden behind the bar in the main "food court."However, this restaurant is TO DIE FOR. I'm quite upset I didn't find out about this earlier. The spicy wonton appetizer and the pink soup are hot and flavorful and just amazing. The lady at the register was also kind and helpful. I will for sure return!
