Their menu is extensive and lots of good appetizers.The quality of the fish is superb . The rolls are so tasty, sushi are so amazing, the price are fair. What I got was completely justifies the prices. The only thing last time I was there the oysters not really fresh I like usually. The atmosphere is very chill and comfortable,Service was incredible . Food is good and this place is quite popular, especially on the weekends. The service is spotty, as you have to really wave down the servers for refills, the check, or anything else.One would think they would automatically look around to see if any tables need something. Maybe the week days have a different level off attentiveness.

Wanted to try a new sushi spot for lunch and placed an order to-go.Chirashi ($24): An assortment of fish on top of sushi rice: albacore, salmon, some sort of white fish (yellowtail?), salmon, tuna, tamago, cooked shrimp, ikura, and masago. Comes with miso soup. Quality was average with stringy parts (connective tissue) of tuna and salmon. Fish didn't taste the freshest and the sushi rice was a little too pungent in rice vinegar flavor.Maybe I didn't order the right thing since it seems like they specialize in fusion sushi rolls with sauces. I might be open to give Satoshi a second chance at their actual restaurant and order rolls instead.

Its a good place for some casual rolls. Small space. The chirashi bowl is good but Ive heard otherwise. Satoshi isnt very consistent when it comes to quality. Sometimes its good sometimes the cuts are bad and stringy. The rolls are good. Fish at Satoshi is generally fresh and not smelly. Service is nice and welcoming.

We got there at 8pm on. Afriday and we were seated immediately. The place is very small but looks like a popular local spot. We ordered the Muxed tempura appetizer, Chicken teriyaki bowl, baked scallop roll, spider roll and the fresh oysters with uni.The chicken teriyaki bowl came out first and it was just okay. The chicken seemed dry so it needed to be dipped in more sauce. The Tempura was not crispy and the sauce lacked flavor. I added a bit more soy sauce to the sauce to give it more flavor. The rolls were pretty good but the beat part was the fresh oysters with uni. It was fresh and just hit the spot. I think prices were good. Service was excellent. Very nice, politr and attentive servers. I wouldnt mind going back just for the tills and fresh oysters.

Satoshi is my go to spot for sushi in HB. They are super authentic and even have a Japanese tea room that you can reserve for free! The service is excellent. We've had the omakase menu here and were blown away. We love Satoshi!!

I sat at a very tiny table that could hardly hold the big flavor of all of the delicious food. Every roll was wonderfully balanced. The sushi came out fast and my water was always being refilled by the friendliest server.It is an unassuming little place and I would definitely go again.
