It's okay. Produce is really good! There's a cheese vendor that also sells pastas and they're excellent (: a few vendors act like it's a really big hassle to know the ingredients of their own products. As someone who has lots of allergies this is crucial and for example i asked someone what was in their tortillas and they said "i don't know" and continued on their conversation with another vendor . There is only one lady who sells eggs which is a huge bummer because she will often ignore how the line is moving and just take people she knows and ends up talking to them for a bit too long. I love knowing my farmers and i think it's very important, however after almost five mins it's a little rude. Now that i think of it, I've never had a good experience with her which again sucks as this is the only farmers market nearby on a sunday. San Clemente is always nice to shop in though, you can't beat the views. Parking is not great

I am always happy to support a local farmers market, but this one was kind of a letdown. Very narrow, located on the sidewalk of the main street only with not much of a selection. The prices are also pretty high, nice to walk through but not really worth returning.

This is a cute farmers market in San Clemente but it's small and not that exciting. They need more vendors like Dry Dock Fish and Koko Mylk!!

I expected more. Not sure if this was an off weekend, but there were barely any vendors and the ones there were lackluster. It is mainly located on the right side of the street. As small as it was, it felt so cramped and barely any space to walk. Venders were mainly vegetables, fruit, eggs, honey, and the one plant stand. No one had anything unique to the area. The veggies looks old and prices were expensive.

It was very underwhelming. There are not many vendors and the placement of booths makes for a very cramped sidewalk. They are located at the cross street of calle seville and mainly on the right hand side. Booths are places right next to the side walk in front of various stores in the downtown area. It was not crowded by any means, but it was cramped due to proximately of tables to the store fronts. Majority of booths are food like the majority of farmer markets. Some booths the veggies looks fresh and good and other it was struggling. Overall it was okay, an excuse to just walk around and get some fresh air. Nothing special

The market is back on the street and out of the library parking lot. Good to see more vendors or seems like it. The fish monger Marvin is legit and his king salmon is real! Bought a center cut filet and worth every penny. Fresh and delicious! Sorry no pics. The family gobbled it up.

One of the most amazing fresh strawberries, better than the ones I got from other farmers market. There are a few competitors for berries stands but I took the cheapest one and it happened to be good. :) also some produce, flowers, eggs, and I think some foods.

On a spur of the moment, I decided to check San Clement's farmer's market again, it's been years since I was there. SC is one of my favorite SoCAL beach towns despite its proximty to San Onofre's twin nippled nuclear reactors. In mid September, the certified farmer's market was small compared to the likes of the massive Hollywood and Irvine counterparts. The total number of vendors must've been about 15, only about five or six selling fruit and the rest selling vegetables and things like chocolate covered apples, tamales, popcorn in various flavors, eggs, and pasta. But it's unique in that each vendor is right on the sidewalk in front of the restaurants and shops in the town's main drag by the library. In its peak during mid-summer, it stretches for several blocks, but not today. If you have a dog, you can't bring it to Irvine CFM because of some law that prohibits pets near food. But that's not true in San Clemente. So there are lots of friendly dogs sniffing around, but not a single one barked at least not near me! This was the farmer's market that introduced me to the very rare Butterscotch melons, one of my favorite fruit. But today, I almost left home empty handed. I did manage to find something unique...some unknown hybrid muskmelon that tasted like Burpee's Hybrid, though I wasn't sure. I also bought some aromatic and sweet organic Avion strawberries. They smelled so good. I paused momentarily as I had visions of a field day laborer. man-handing the berries who just went pee, without washing his hands before picking it. But to heck with it...I just popped a few my mouth., and some juice drizzled onto my white T shirt like some careless little kid. I yelled out "YES!" and prayed I didn't get the runs. Surprisingly I survived, and noticed that a lot of cool places were open to eat. Parking is easy if you find an empty street space or one of the free public parking spots closer to El Camino Real. It's a cool way to take a walk on a Sunday from 9 AM - 1 PM.

Having the farmers market open during these times to get fresh produce is amazing! Every remains friendly and aside from the great food finds, support local farms and business is always great. The use of square card readers negates the need for cash and moves things along quickly. Recommend going early to get the best produce and parking since it's moved into the parking area by the library!
