This is the best Persian restaurant I've been to. They have cooked to order stews, and rice specialities. The salmon is delicious. The pomegranate Persian chicken stew is to die for. I frequently order a rice, chicken, and beef family platter and add a salad. It's a great deal and a ton of food. When I have friends and family over everyone loves it.This is a small family owned restaurant and the owners cook the meals and are there every time I go.They are friendly and the portions are generous.The Persian tea is also very tasty, don't forget to have some.Very small restaurant, quiet, and romantic dim light setting. Great for private parties, receptions, and events. Also great for date night.

Terrible Experience - Bland Food and Rude, Unprofessional ServiceI placed a large catering order through GrubHub for an office event, and it turned into an absolute nightmare. Shortly after placing the order, I received a call from Saffron Grill informing me they refused to process my order because they had raised their prices but hadn't updated them on GrubHub. Instead of honoring the listed price, they demanded I pay an additional $25.Despite their unprofessionalism, I agreed to pay the difference and gave them my updated payment information over the phone. When I arrived for pick-up, they did not update the pick-up time, leaving me waiting an extra 40 minutes past the scheduled time. Not once did they apologize or acknowledge the inconvenience. The staff were dismissive, rude, and utterly unprofessional.To make matters worse, the order was wrong. Items were missing, and they didn't provide any serveware--even though it was supposed to be included and I specifically asked for it at the counter. Their lack of attention to detail and basic customer service is appalling.As for the food, it was completely bland and unimpressive. The only decent thing was the salad dressing, which, unfortunately, was delicious and the only redeeming part of the meal. The rest? Absolutely not worth the hassle or money.As someone who works with major event planners, I can confidently say we will never use Saffron Grill again. This is a disingenuous business that has zero respect for its customers. Their unprofessional behavior and subpar food make it clear they don't care about providing a positive experience.For anyone considering this place, don't waste your time. I regret not going with my first choice, Panini Kabob, instead of being convinced by a coworker to try this disaster of a restaurant. It was, hands down, the worst catering decision I've ever made.Avoid this place at all costs.

In the mood for Persian food, we decided to check out Saffron Grill. Parking was easy in the lot, though the restaurant was smaller than I expected. The furniture was wooden and eclectic, with some small tables but mostly large long tables. Decor was also fun with cool lights/lamps.Service was excellent, I believe we were waited on by the owner couple. The menu was smaller than what I saw online but they still had a good number of dishes. We ended up ordering the beef soltani (combination of beef koobideh with beef steak) with zereshk (barberry) rice, salmon with dill rice, and gheimeh stew. I love the flavored Persian rices, and was glad Saffron offered so many options of rice made-to-order. Each rice even came with some tahdig (crunchy rice).All of the food was scrumptious though portions just fair for the price. We were also served warm bread with butter.Overall, very tasty food in a nice ambience, just a little on the pricier side.

I like that you can bring your dogs here and sit on the patio. The water comes with lemon. It's a nice touch. The seats have pillows so you don't have to sit on a hard seat. I like that the pita comes out and it's warm and it has butter packs that are individually wrapped. I appreciate these little touches. The food is all so yummy

My family and I are obsessed with Saffron Grill. It is a true family restaurant with the couple who owns the restaurant cooking every meal, like you're visiting someone's home. They are there every time we go - they truly always work! They add some love in every dish and have the best customer service. The Lima bean rice and chicken koobideh is what I would ask for as my death row meal - it's THAT good! You can't go wrong here and the amazing family touch makes it such a special place.

Empty on a Saturday night at 5:45. Good news - no wait for your food! We ordered a koobedeh combo plate (beef and chicken) ($16) and a gyro plate ($16). It came with warm pita and butter. Food came out after about 13 minutes.Chicken koobideh, amazing! Gyro, amazing! Beef koobideh, just ok, but I'll order all chicken next time. Saffron rice, delicious and the fries well crispy and peppery.This is my all-time favorite medditerranean place now! Will definitely be back! Too bad I live so far away!

Food = Delectable. Service = Impeccable. From the fluffy buttery rice to the roasted veggies, these sides paired perfectly with the well seasoned beef. The iced tea and complimentary pita bread was the cherry on top. Wonderful experience for a great meal.

Tasty fresh food that is great for dine in and take out. As a Persian, I can confirm this restaurant is authentic and high quality. This restaurant reminds me why we should support small businesses--great service and everything made with care. Couldn't recommend enough!

Every time we visit the in-laws we go here. The rack of lamb is so good, just falling off the bone. We get the fish too and that is fantastic. Never over cooked and seasoned well. The lima bean rice is also great. We get the family dinner and add the other meals. It feeds a family for two days! Good portion sizes.

Spiced just right. The tabouli salad is fresh and just lemony enough. The falafel is crispy and slightly flattened - easy to bite into.
