Sabatino's Italian Bistro

Small place in a strip mall but don't let that fool you - this is a fantastic Italian restaurant. The meat sauce gravy is delicious, well made, and full of flavor. I got the chicken parm and of course, really good. The place was really busy on a Friday so service isn't super fast, but food is worth the wait.

We popped in last minutes to grab a late dinner. Place is packed. Service is excellent. Food is decent. We ordered the chicken parmigiana and the seafood linguine. The chicken parmigiana with spaghetti was decent. The pasta was really good but the chicken parmigiana was a little tough (dry).As for the seafood linguine, it was missing mussels as described. It came with diced clams (not shelled) and some perfectly cooked shrimp. Sauce was light on flavoring but overall good. Overall a pleasant dining experience. Do recommend. Will head back to the other options.

The pizza here is tasty. Service was very friendly, and our order was ready on time. Very generous with toppings, a large pizza can easily feed 2 to 3 people making it a great value. Baked perfectly, this was an easy dinner option for our family at home.

Number one the food is amazing and the restaurant is just adorable candlelit very romantic. We usually bring the kids which is totally fine, but it can also be an intimate date night, but the star of the show is definitely the food one of my favorite favorite Italian places love going here!!!

Sabatinos has been my favorite Mission Viejo pizza / italian spot for some time....this pizzas are always delicious and come out of the oven in a timely manner. They have a delicious white sauce they put on pizzas on request thst I prefer to marinara. We haven't eaten at the restaurant itself but every time I enter I see servers being attentive to the dine in guests. The create a casual yet intimate ambiance which makes it a nice first date place for any young people in MV.My non-pizza go to is the Chicken Cabernet and the sauce they put in this bowtie pasta dish is unbelievable and I can't get enough of it. Flavorful but not too salty. The noodles are soft but not flimsy and absorb the broth. It's outstanding and I love it.

The food alone deserves five stars! We got the eggplant gnocchi, the mamma Mia, bruschetta, and eggplant crisps. The service was exceptional and everyone working was so, so kind. Abraham was our server, he made great recommendations! Dylan was also super helpful and went above and beyond like Abraham. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful, family-owned place. Very cozy and intimate with delicious Italian food and very reasonable prices. I highly recommend.

We have eaten here and ordered take out several times and always have enjoyed the food and the ambience when eating in. We recently joined with neighbors on our street, 12 in all, to celebrate an 85th birthday for one of them. She enjoys the Chicken Cabernet especially, so with another entree, a salad and some apps, we ordered from David. He was great to work with, taking time away from his hectic schedule to ensure we were taken care of for that special day. The organization led by David and assisted by other Sabatino employees was excellent and the food was hot and ready to go when picked up. All items were enjoyed by the diners and the party was a success. We would definitely cater from Sabatino's again should another similar event arise. Thank you David and the rest of the staff.
