Located in an industrial area inside a CrossFit gym, this unusual location shouldn't keep locals from stopping in and enjoying a good cup of coffee.I was running errands and felt the need for a bit o' espresso. The small parking lot was full but I found a spot on the street. I followed the signs from the parking lot to the inside of CrossFit. Immediately to the left when I entered stood a coffee stand where I was greeted by a charming young woman who took my order - a Madagascar (basically a vanilla bean latte). They have a variety of options on their menu but that was the one that appealed to me.You can sit at one of a couple tables inside and enjoy your brew while gawking at hardbodies working out or sit outside in a small area designated for customers. I was running errands so took it on the road. It had a light vanilla flavor but was very smooth and obviously made from a very good bean roast.If you're in the area, check it out for a different, fun experience from your typical coffee shop.

When I found this place on Google, I said "This place looks like they really care about their coffee" and boy was I right. Met Melissa, who was super friendly and knowledgeable about the drinks. Ordered the Madagascar (hot, whole milk) and loved the silky mouthfeel and vanilla flavor, which wasn't overpowering. BF ordered an iced Cape Verde w/whole milk. WOW! The lavender and cardamom were delicately balanced. Loved the ice cubes they use (bullet shaped).Immediately adding this on my bookmarks as this will be a definite repeater!

Rougè coffee is an absolute hidden gem! It's inside the corner of the CrossFit gym. Andrew provided exceptional service, making our visit truly enjoyable. One of the highlights was the backgammon board available for customers; it was a delightful experience to sip coffee while playing a couple of rounds. I ordered the Cape Verde less sweet, and it was perfect--smooth and delicious flavors without being overly sweet. My husband tried the Japanese flash brew, and it was equally delicious. Great service, great ambiance. Highly recommend!

Had the pleasure of trying out this hidden gem and I'm hooked! If you're looking for quality and high end taste you have to stop by and try Rougé Coffee Roasters.I ordered a Vanilla Chai and I'm obsessed! Chai's are my thing and I try them every chance I get and this is by far the best I've had. It isn't too strong and doesn't have that generic chai flavor that I taste from other popular coffee shops. Truly a unique taste.The owner is super friendly and helpful. Location was pretty unique, it's a pop up so hopefully it stays for a while. Definitely adding this Vanilla Chai to my morning routine :)

Been looking for a new coffee spot in the area and this popped up! I was super excited to visit this place! It still pretty new but the staff were very helpful. Everyone answered my questions in details! I got the Japanese flash brew and it hit the spot. I can tell they are all very passionate about what they do. I can't wait to come back and order more of their beans. :)

Great iced coffee. I use to buy from Starbucks, Iced mocha coffee, thought it was the best but I changed my mind - when Rouge Coffee Roasters opened. Great coffee, great service. Located inside cross fit gym .. with a pleasant blend of cafe tables outside to enjoy the sunshine! Visit soon! You will love it ...

This is such a cute spot that opened up recently. The service is so incredibly friendly and the coffee is amazing as well. It's a little counter located inside the cross fit gym but the public is welcome! I hope this place becomes popular, they deserve it.

Got an espresso tonic, which has quickly become my new favorite drink on a hot day. Tasted great and was made fast yet precise. Amazing flavor! Great service from Andrew. Will be coming back soon for another!

Hands down, the best shot of espresso I have ever had.The match was also wonderful and the Vanilla latte is a solid option as well!
