Came in on 08/29/24Amazing. Delicious. Chefs kiss. Everything about this dining experience was perfection. It was a beautiful afternoon and just a few hours until sunset, so we sat on the patio. We started with their complimentary baked bread with an olive tapenade spread. I'm not a fan of olives but this was good!For appetizer, we ordered the caprese with prosciutto: mozzarella, tomato, basil with slices of cantaloupes. I was unsure of the pairing with the meat, cheese and cantaloupe, but the salty to the sweet was perfect!My friend ordered the Tortelloni: Tortelloni stuffed with braised beef short rib in a pesto sauce, topped with arugula and shaved parmigiano. I had a piece of it and the meat was so tender and the pesto sauce had a rich but silky texture. I ordered a chicken fettuccini alfredo which wasn't on the menu but they said that could make it no problem! Some places just don't hit the butter and cheese ratio for the sauce but they did! It was perfect and delicious.To end the meal, we ordered a tiramisu which was very light and perfectly portioned to share for a party of 2!How many times did I say perfect? Well it was and I will definitely be back again!10/10

1-Poor service. Long wait time for ice teas to arrive. Even longer wait time for order to be taken 2-Server a bit bitchy. He frequently made snippy comments when bread, water or salad dressing "on the side" was requested 3- Insalata Mista nothing more than a plate of bagged salad from grocery storeYears ago, we loved Romeo Cucina. We moved away 5 years ago & always make time to enjoy the amazing selection of foods & desserts. Enzo, one of the Chefs was there last night & stopped by to see us. This is a family owned business & they treat you like family, that's why return every time. Come enjoy while shopping in town.5 Stars as always *****

Service good. Food good. Street parking or nearby lot. Overall great Laguna Beach Italian cucina and would return.Our party of seven had reservations Saturday evening and we sat at their front patio because our dogs requested to join this adult dinner. Although a very busy area with summer visitors, the patio is far enough from the noise and walking traffic. Our server was nice and friendly. My girlfriend and I shared two dishes - Rigatoni Giuletta and Cioppino. Since we finished both, I'd say we enjoyed it. Seems many of their dishes are shareable. If preferred, the indoor sitting ambiance was cozy and nice. A great place to dine for two.

The service was mediocre, I waited 5 min at the entrance waiting to be seated while there were no more than 3 tables with people and the waiters were talking to each others.The food was tasteless, I would have expected it out of a can rather than served at high price.While eating my meal, I saw a mouse falling from somewhere on the patio floor and running between tables (pict attached).That unexpected entertainment was the best part of the meal...Needless to say that I won't go there again.

Walked all over & was greeted right away by Rudy (Rodolfo) at Romeo, so decided to eat here. I wanted to be on the patio with my dogs & was pleasantly surprised with the warm welcome I received. This was followed by superb service & a quality meal. I have to say, I was most excited about the owner's homemade limoncello martini, the best I ever had! I even learned you can purchase a bottle to take with you, which I might return tomorrow for. The meal was great too. Love the Ceasar salad dressing.

Genuine Italian restaurant that is owned by an Italian family for decades. The pesto short rib pesto pasta is amazing. Tastes so fresh. Bread made in house, all sauces made fresh in house. Wood fire brick oven, for the perfect pizza. Original Laguna staple. Great happy hour as well. Christian is an amazing bartender as well!

I've lived in this town for several years and had never been to this establishment and now this is my new favorite place!! The ambience is wonderful, bartender. Chris is amazing, makes a delicious martini . The food is spectacular The pasta is probably the best I've ever had!! I will be coming back and kudos to the chef!!

What a great restaurant! Great pasta and perfect for kids and Rudy was the best waiter. We'll definitely be back!
