They have so many different protein and topping options to customize your spring rolls. I tried the fried tofu, shrimp, beef bulgogi, and lemongrass chicken! The OG dipping sauce was my personal favorite!The fruit cocktail dessert and iced coffee were also delicious, and perfect additions to my meal.

Came here for their grand opening. I'm surprised even with the 1 order limit per person and the 3 workers efficiently rolling the 3 different protein options that this line still took over an hour, however, they were super friendly and appreciated us for our patience. Their rolls unfortunately fell short - it tastes what you would expect at an American food court mall so I guess the expectations were never really super high to begin with. I come from a Vietnamese cultured background as both my parents are born in Vietnam so I would consider myself very cultured with Vietnamese dishes. At $13 for 3 mediocre rolls, I would not think twice about coming here. The BOGO made it very appealing and yes, everything tasted fresh but it just lacked depth and flavor. Even the sauces also lacked taste, especially the orange sauce. These are very Americanized spring rolls and just really offered nothing special. I can make this at home and it would taste better. For healthy quick eats tho, this is a good choice, but I just don't see myself coming back.

I love spring rolls but who would've thought to open up a build your own spring roll spot in the mall? Like many others, I was a bit skeptical but I had to try it out! I love trying unique spots like this. I don't go to the Brea Mall often anymore but I had the perfect opportunity to try it out since I was there to pick up an order at the Apple Store anyways.Here's what I tried:**Pork Sausage Spring Roll: This one was my favorite. The pork was seasoned well and very crunchy. (5/5)**Shrimp Spring Roll: The shrimp in this was on the bland side. Not too much flavor overall but tasted very fresh. (3.5/5)**Lemongrass Chicken Spring Roll: The chicken in this was on the saltier side but it complimented the overall roll quite well because of how bland everything else was. (3/5)I had originally wanted to try their Beef Bulgogi one but it wasn't ready when I arrived at 11:30AM which is no problem since they had the other three available. Each order came with a choice of one dipping sauce but I wanted to try two different ones which costed me an additional $1. The OG sauce was extremely salty with a little bit of spice. I enjoyed the peanut hoisin sauce though since it was very light and not too overpowering.There were two people working when I arrived. There was a male I assume was possibly a supervisor/manager and a younger female that took my order. Both were extremely professional and a pleasure to interact with. Since I was the only one to order at the time, we were able to chit chat about miscellaneous topics which is always a nice touch. The guy did give me a 20% discount card to use next time for the inconvenience of not having all items available. He also did mention that if I write a review on Yelp, I can redeem a complimentary soda or a choice between a few hot items for next time.Flavor wise, not the best spring rolls I've had. However, every ingredient is extremely fresh. Also having the convenience of your order being made to order is a plus, Chipotle style.One final note: This is a cashless business.

Roll and Co is located in the food court at Brea Mall, and is probably the healthiest option to boot. They offer Make your own bowls and spring rolls (think a Vietnamese chipotle). There is also a combo that includes a single piece of appetizer and a drink for $5.50. That's a good deal for certain selections.For the proteins I think the beef was the best option. The bulgogi beef has some sauce while cooking and so it has a more robust flavor (wasn't too salty either). In contrast the shrimp had no seasoning at all, so it needs to be paired with some sauce. I could not detect any lemongrass on the chicken, rather it was the char from cooking the chicken breast. Tofu typically has little innate flavor and the tofu here was nondescript.The Trio Vermicelli Signature Bowl comes with chicken, shrimp, and tofu. Portions size was appropriate as an entree, with lots of veggies (lettuce, carrots, mint, cilantro, cucumber). The bowl comes with one sauce. The OG sauce is just fish sauce, the Green Goddess is like a thick salad dressing, and the Orange Sauce is a medium thickness with some tang to it. For a bowl I think the OG sauce is the best pair, allowing for easy mixing to coat all items. The other sauces are good to pair with the rolls, where you can dip or pour on top. The 3 custom rolls are a bit small for a large adult, but might be acceptable with a combo.Appetizers available depending the day and time. On this Sunday at lunch only eggrolls and chicken wings were available (and no desserts on the menu were available). The egg roll is solid, a mix of protein and starch and veggies inside, easy to dip and add more flavor. The chicken wing has a nice crunch with well seasoned meat.For drinks the Green Thai Tea was delicious and the Limeade was underwhelming. The Green Thai tea is enjoyable and refreshing. I was able to reduce the sweetness, though I suspect they did this through condensed milk and so it was not as creamy as I prefer. Limeade seemed artificial, they told us it used a syrup made in house, which was likely mixed with sparkling water.

SUPER FRESH AND DELISH!!!! The roll-er was super kind and nice helping us decide what to choose based on what we like. You get a real fulfilling meal that won't weigh you down at a real decent cost -- very worth it. It's in a mall food court so it's a little noisy, but nothing too much for a casual lunch for quick dinner. Parking is super easy just outside in the parking structure too.Had the Shrimp, Pork, and Chicken Spring Rolls and the Lemongrass Chicken was actually my fave. Love the peanut sauce too!Hope this place stays cause the food slaayys. Will be back again!!!!

I know, I know: This is a mall food court restaurant and I am writing a review about it!But...They make Vietnamese spring rolls when you order! And you get to choose exactly what goes inside.And you get a choice of sauces. I went traditional and got the fish sauce, but they were giving out their orange sauce to try out and I loved it!They also have a soft serve machine which, at the time, was not yet serving sweet corn flavored soft serve, but will soon.There was no line to order and no line to pay.Delicious.Plenty of available tables in Brea Mall's food court. And their tables have outlets so you can charge your phones too!!

We saw that the brea mall had a spring roll hot spot in the food court. There was a line but they were very fast! We opted for the bulgogi, shrimp and lemongrass spring rolls. We added on the goddess dip. Wow! Everything good felicitous but the bulgogi with the goddess dip was the best! The owner was quick to spark up a convo with us. Would come back!

My favorite Spring Rolls!! We go to the mall just for this spot now! Also love the peanut sauce. My daughter can't wait for the Vietnamese coffee. Also, service is always great!

I love Vietnamese spring rolls and love the concept of being to customize your rolls which are bigger than usual and delicious! The lemongrass chicken was definitely our favorite. Great addition to the Brea Mall food court. Service was very friendly.
