Redshift Coffee Roasters

Redshift Coffee Roasters is a calm luh spot definitely worth checking out if you are in the area. This spot is located in a plaza with a good amount of parking spots. Inside, they have a nice modern and minimalistic interior with about 7-8 tables for seating. As for their menu, they have a solid selection of different signature, classic, coffee, and tea drinks along with some food items too. Wifey and I stopped by for our weekend matcha run and opted to try the Summer Matcha Tonic, Matcha Latte, and a Spinach & Feta Pastry. We enjoyed the subtle notes of the drinks and the balance of sweetness. Overall, this spot has a great cozy ambiance and a solid selection of drinks. All of the staff here are very friendly and welcoming. Come check them out and show some love!

Today was a day for a dreamy flat white with a little honey, and an iced raspberry latte. Both with just a hint of sweetness that let the espresso shine through. This cafe is my home away from home. I love to blab to my friends as well strangers about their coffee and seasonal drinks that are just a lovely treat. We also recently had their Valentine's Day special offerings and they are really good! :D

First time at redshift this weekend, but definitely not the last! Stopped in and ordered the sweetheart latte (rose latte with strawberry cold foam and dried strawberries). Loved it! Such a fun seasonal item, hopefully they bring it back again later this year. Cute spot, very modern and minimal, plenty of seats. Would definitely hang out here for a few hours if I need to get some work done later. We were greeted right away. The team was very friendly! Good vibes and gave us descriptions (and pics!) of some of the drinks we had questions about. Will be back to try the matcha flight!

I am a big fan of mom and pop coffee shops. I was on my way to Forest Lane for a couple of bowling tournaments and absolutely needed my caffeine. I stopped by Redshift to get my latte and it did not disappoint. The menu is classic and clever via their signature selections. Freshly baked pastries were in the case but I had already eaten breakfast and will try next timeParking was easy. There is a lovely indoor seating area. Service was great. They cannot use your own cup. Please come visit to create your own experience.

Bookmark it!!!!A solid 4.5 star coffee shop! The vanilla latte was delicious and HOT! They use organic milk which I love! The service could be more friendly but I think the owners are young and it is their first business. The atmosphere is super relaxed and cute. It is awesome to see another coffee shop open locally that is not one of those big chains that start with "star" and end with "bucks".....LOLDon't forget to Bookmart it!!!!

I've visited this coffee house for the 3rd time today. I think it's the best latte I've had in the city of Lake Forest. With that said, I only order the same oat milk latte because I am lactose intolerant. It would be nice to have more vegan options with drinks and food options as well. Today I kindly suggested maybe adding vegan cream cheese to the menu. The response of the person I spoke to was quite defensive and said for 9 months no one else has made that suggestion. I think that was uncalled for. I simply made the suggestion because I personally love this establishment and want to make it better for other customers who may have the same health issue I have. I then said it was up to them to make changes and that I was just making a suggestion- do what you will with it. He tried to explain that it's bc it would expire if no one ordered it. But honestly, why assume that no one else is intolerant to dairy? Maybe temporarily add it to the menu and see where it goes. If it isn't successful, easily remove it. Customers should be able to make suggestions- especially returning customers- because obviously they like it there and want the business to keep growing and thriving. I really do enjoy their oat milk latte here and the usually great customer service. The response I got could have been communicated in a different manner and tone so minus one star. Today's experience had to go on yelp in hopes they can make more considerations with the menu and be kinder when customers make recommendations. These are all helpful suggestions and not ill intended. Be open to hear your customers and not shun them.

Ever since I randomly found this place on maps while searching for a coffee shop that was open at 6AM, it has been my go-to for their great variety of drinks but mainly for their Bumble Coffee and RAF. The spinach and feta pastry is so good, I've gotten it almost every time I've been. This spot has also been a place I've coworked in and just had coffee chats. Overall the service is great, the owner/s and staff are great with their suggestions and introducing drinks that are not so familiar to others. The place is also clean and very spacious!I've noticed that they're still trying to play around with the music / ambiance levels, and I do appreciate the times where music is just playing compared to it being silent (even at 6 in the morning). Roughly 70-80 decibels would be okay

One of the best coffee shops in the area! Coming from a barista they have some of the best roast on their beans that creates a smooth finish with every sip.I love that the owners are always in showing their expertise with customers. The passion they have for coffee is in each cup.This hidden gem is usually not that busy.. for now. It is going to pop off soon!

Oat milk latte was very smooth and tasty. I also ordered the raspberry yogurt pastry, which was little pricey ($6) but yummy !

Absolutely amazing experience! RAF vanilla coffee x 2 paired with their avocado toast. Simply divine! Great service as well! Will be back!
