We go to this Red Robin SOOO often and always a great experience! Everyone here is so friendly and welcoming. We went in today for the $10 Tuesday cheeseburger deal. So good! The burger was fresh and filling. We sat at the bar today and Sean was our server. Great service and he was on top of it. Didn't have to ask for anything because he was always one step ahead. It was a little busy at the time we arrived since everyone was trying to close out at the same time but he was still quick to greet everyone and let them know he'd be right over.

We come to this Red Robin pretty often but less and less lately. Today was a reminder why. We sat in the bar area on a Sunday afternoon, not very busy , lot of empty tables. I got a new Jalapeño Heat Wave Burger. It took a long time to get my food and when I did it had zero flavor, good thing I could add some salt to make it edible. I was never offered a refill, on a drink, I had to get up and get my own. Never offered more fries, I had to ask twice. The bar tender was fixated on making decorations for the bar. My whole Red Robin experience today had me thinking less Red Robin and more In-N-Out and I would be less disappointed

I was already soured on Red Robin recently and decided to give it one more chance with a different location. We arrived and there was plenty of parking, and we were greeted and seated quickly. Our server greeted us and that's kind of where the experience started going downhill. He was nice but...strange. I don't want to be rude, but will be honest about our experience. I'm not sure if he was new or just very awkward but it felt like serving was probably not a good fit. While ordering we got our daughter a veggie side and said she can share our fries from our meals if she wants some. Server said he could bring extra fries as a refill because "it's free, it doesn't cost you anything". We never expressed being worried about the cost, so this was odd but we just proceeded with our orders.Our lunch itself was OK. My husband's drink did not get refilled, so that's where the uncomfortable part happened. We were paying and the server hurried over and offered a drink refill to-go. Husband said no thank you. Server asked again and said it was the least he could do because he didn't refill the drink. Husband said no again and....the server poured him a to-go cup anyway. I'm fine with one "are you sure?" but doing it anyway after being told no twice feels like ignoring the customer completely. We were going out to get boba after lunch so we didn't want the extra drink. It ended up getting thrown out.The food was alright. I feel like Red Robin generally overpacks their wraps with too much pale lettuce so it feels like there isn't enough of the good stuff. For their prices, it just doesn't feel like good value.We aren't interested in going back, honestly. The prices have increased a lot and the quality isn't what it used to be. Just really disappointed overall.

Good burgers and bottomless fries! Can't go wrong with that! The ambiance is fun and casual. A good place to meet up with friends. The manager deserves to be recognized for her professionalism. The first time we came, they had to close down the restaurant due to some electrical/fire issues. The manager came out to greet us and apologize for what happened. She didn't need to do that but left us a very good impression. When we came back the second time, she continued to impress with her good service. Please up the good work and I hope management notice her efforts.

I came here last week because they have an extensive app with allergens. I have Celiac disease and need to eat gluten free. I told the waitress I have Celiac and asked for them to change gloves and inquired about if they have a separate fryer for gluten free fries. She said that they did. I ordered a lettuce wrapped "burning love" burger, subbing out the fried jalapeño coins for regular pickled jalapeños and sweet potato fries. Service was sloooow. Water refills were non existent until our food arrived. My burger came with a purple allergy pick in it. As I was eating, I noticed something scratchy. Deep fried jalapeño coins. Gluten is anything with wheat, barley, rye or cooked in a shared fryer with those things. I even went back and looked at a video clip I filmed of my burger and noticed in one part I could see a fried jalapeño coin with the allergy pick. I'll include the screenshot. I wish I had noticed that before I ate it!Staff remade my burger and took it off my bill, but I still had to go to the restroom to throw up and I was sick for the next 4 days while on my trip to LA. Celiac is an autoimmune disease, not an allergy. I'm not going to have an allergic reaction that requires an EpiPen. No, instead my body will start to destroy my own intestines and cause intestinal bleeding and other gastro-related issues. 1 glutening with just a crumb of gluten will elevate my antibodies in my blood work for up to 3 months after the event. My burger came with refillable fries. Once I got the remade burger the waitress asked my husband if he'd like a refill of my sweet potato fries (???) and forgot to make them in the dedicated fryer as they didn't have the allergy marker. Ridiculous. Red Robin markets itself as a place that can handle allergens and dietary restrictions. It seems that's all a marketing ploy. Their entire staff needs to be retrained on food safety. They could kill someone being this flippant.

Came tonight for dinner with my family. We had Happy Hour Mozzarella Sticks, three kids meals and two entrees. The mozzarella sticks were good, the breading had good flavor and there was a decent amount to share. The kids meal pepperoni pizza was the favorite tonight. My son said the crispy pepperonis tasted like bacon, which he loved. I had the fiesta chicken platter with sweet potato fries and my husband ordered the crispy chicken BBQ sandwich which he enjoyed. The cherry on top was the sweet birthday song and sundae for my son.

Went last night with my family of four and chose to sit in the bar area, took about 30 minutes just to get someone to take our order( our server ended up being the bartender) while people showing up after us seemed to get their server and basket of fries. Time goes by, everyone else around us already has their food, their assigned waitresses coming around refilling the fries. Asked another tables waitress to see if at least our appetizer was coming out soon which she said she'll check with our server and never came back. Now it's been close to an hour, no fries, no food everyone else is pretty much done. Had to get up and walk to the bar top to ask our bartender/server if we could at least get our fries to which her response was (oh let me put that order in for you) wasn't it already supposed to be put in if we got the endless fries when we order? Food comes, no appetizer. Had to ask for it again and finally it comes and they're cold as if they've just been sitting at the window the whole time (boneless wings). I ask if I could get them remade because the whole appetizer was cold, and she comes back and says the manager took care of it. Took care of it how? I still wanted the appetizer but they decided to just take it off the check and not make them again without telling us. At the end when it comes to pay she asks if everything was alright to which we explain whatever happened to appetizer but oh there must have been some miscommunication but it was comped, no comped means you still get your order but they front the bill on the appetizer. They just took it off the check as if I didn't order it. Seriously don't go here unless you want bad service.

This Red Robin location is amazing! We go there often and the staff is the friendliest of any restaurant we've been to. Today, they went above and beyond. I accidentally left my leftovers on the table and drove away. After about 10 min I realized my mistake and went back to see if it happened to still be there. It was still there but the staff there offered to make me a brand new burger with a full side of fries and packed it up so nicely with 2 sides of ranch for no charge! I was blown away by their generosity. Amazing restaurant!
