Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

4 out of 5 starts for Raising Cane's. I'd give them a five if they could just add some salad to their menu. I always crave veggies but a tiny cole slaw just isn't enough for me. Anyways, we are happy to have multiple Raising Cane's not far from our home. We come here a lot. We love the chicken. It's always fresh, juicy and that sauce...so good. We totally love that they have unsweetened tea, delicious lemonade and carry Dr Pepper. This place is pretty spacious with plenty of tables and some outdoor seating as well. The tables are wiped down with disinfectant wipes by the staff. Service from everyone here from the drive through or at the counter, has always been nice and professional. The drive through has two lines and they move quickly even when it's long. We are trying other chicken places, but we seem to always come back to Raising Cane's. They're just a high rotation for this family.

Great convenient location in the middle of Foothill Ranch with lots of parking and easy access. I normally use the app to order, even if eating there. The food always is ready by the time I get there so there's no wait. If I do have to order, the staff is friendly and also gets my order out quickly. It's a nice clean store with a lot of seating, including a good amount of outdoor seats. That's especially good when I bring my dog, Luna, so we can sit outside and enjoy the fresh air.

Nice Raising Canes location here in Foothill Ranch, Ca. Plenty of parking, plenty of seats, options for outside and inside seating. Get the Cane's App on your phone! Today it was not busy at all, Saturday around 3 pm. Nice and quiet. Semi clean inside. Inside seats could use a little cleaning. We sat in two, first one was sticky, second one just had crumbs so we just wiped them off.Service was good, cool and pleasant cashier, very welcoming. Quick service. Food came out fast. The drive-thru had always a car or two, quick service. Food was also good. Crispy chicken, crispy fries, and delicious bread. The women's bathroom could also use a look over. Some of the stalls didn't have toilet paper! But the bathrooms were clean.

This franchisee is tarnishing the brand and should be removed from the system. The customer service here is appalling, and I have never encountered such argumentative and unprofessional behavior from management in a QSR setting.

I live in RSM I didn't know there's Cane's near us so we went here Tuesday night the place was not full it was perfect this Cane's is nice and clean!

I went though the drive thru here for lunch. It was super convenient as I just got a Caniac combo with an iced tea. No mistakes were made with my order when I took it home. My fries were a bit cold by the time I got home though. It wasn't that long of a drive, maybe 10 minutes max. The chicken was still crispy though and I still really love their sauce. It was a quick and easy lunch, not too much to complain about other than the cold fries.

The drive thru girl was RIDICULOUSLY cute. She commented on my plant in my car and I was processing her beauty and hardly responded. 10/10 will go back for a chance to make myself look dumb in front of her again Chicken was also good.

Yum. Mee! Came here for the first time and it was delicious. Food was great - hot and came out fast. Very nice gentleman by the name of Moe took and delivered our order. He was friendly, polite, professional and efficient. Will look forward to going back.Attempted twice to get this on the RC site but it wouldn't take. Restaurant is great; maybe work to do with their tech!

Just ordered this tonight without checking until I got home, and it's too far to go back. I paid $14 for this?! Absolutely ridiculous. Do NOT waste your money here. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Where's the rest of the chicken? This looks like a kids' meal. So disappointing.

So good I liked it so much food juicy I think th we food is really good fries we're salty crew was very nice :) didn't see the inside but the food came out quickly and clean it's a genaric fast food place not that fancy normal restaurant ambiance like I said not fancy but the line was to long:(
