Quan Mii

After a busy day at Disneyland, we were craving something delicious for dinner. Luckily for us, Quan Mii was open late and TikTok did not lie. We came on a Tuesday night and it wasn't too busy. We sat quickly and food came quick.The food was delicious. This is possibly the best banh xeo I have had at a Viet restaurant. It was crunchy but not burnt. They do not shy or cheat you out of toppings. It's very big so best to share it. The coconut flavoring was just excellent. So good in a lettuce wrap. The bun bo hue was also really tasty. The broth was yummy and rich in flavor. Overall, we would love to come back when we're in the OC area and just do a food tour.

The shop is nestled in the corner of Bolsa Mini Mall, so once you're done dining, there's an entire plaza to choose desserts from, or just to simply stroll around. Very easy to find. The shop itself is clean and modern. We arrived at peak dinner hour on a Monday, but there was absolutely no wait time. Every table in there had at least one bánh xèo, so we were the odd ones out with our menu, haha! The bún bò huế was good but not spectacular. I got the mì quãng and was pleasantly surprised at the huge portions. It was paired with a helping of beansprouts and lemon on the side. When paired, it makes a lovely crunch. The thin, delicate noodles were paired with a light broth. I simply wish the broth had more umami flavoring to it, as it was quite bland. To make up for it, the dish had plenty variety of vegetables and protein. The mix of textures made for a refreshing, aromatic dish.

This is my favorite place for Banh Xeo, Banh Beo, and most importantly the Banh Canh Gio Heo! My mom and I will go out of the way to OC to come here. Their fish sauce for the Banh Xeo definitely stands out and adds a lot of depth of flavor. It's also super super crispy and a delight to eat. Their Banh Canh is also exactly what I need when I'm looking for a warm soup. It gets pretty busy here for lunch so I try to come during off peak hours. The service is always super fast and the food comes pretty quickly.

One of the best banh xeo restaurants I've been too. I usually prefer to make banh xeo at home but heard they have great banh xeo here.The banh xeo here is very crispy! Has a good amount of meat and gives a generous amount of greens. It also comes with rice paper to wrap the banh xeo. We also got the banh beo. Good fillings and has a good texture. The fish sauce is also made perfectly.Good amount of seatings here. In a busy plaza so might be hard to find parking. Service was ok and food came out quick. Would come here again if too lazy to make banh xeo at home.

My husband's friend came to visit us in OC and wanted to grab lunch, so we suggested Quan Mii, a spot known for its Banh Xeo. He liked the sound of it, so we gave it a try. There was a bit of a wait, but we joined the Yelp waitlist, and it went pretty quickly--we were seated after about 15 minutes. The ambiance is what you'd expect from a typical Vietnamese restaurant. We each ordered the special Banh Xeo with pork, shrimp, and squid. It was perfectly crispy and really hit the spot. I couldn't quite finish mine, but my husband and his friend polished theirs off. We also got the Banh Beo, though I think I ordered the wrong version. It was still good, but next time I'll get the one with pork skin and shrimp. Oh well--there's always a next time because this definitely won't be my last visit. I'll be back for more Banh Xeo cravings!

Banh Xeo is one of my favorite dishes and they do it well here! They are huge!! The perfect amount of crisp. Service was quick and they are friendly. Ambience is bright and a bit loud on there. But it's about the joy of eating!!

Delicious banh xeo place in Westminster! I always get the dac biet which comes with squid, shrimp, and pork. Their banh xeo is always crispy, and there's always a generous amount of lettuce, cucumbers and mint provided to create a spring roll out of it. The food also comes pretty quick. The food prices have increased though. For banh xeo, it costs $18.95 for one and the egg rolls I normally order cost almost $14-15 for four. While the food quality is quite good, the price is quite steep considering what we are getting, but I guess that's a reflection of inflation. I would only come back to Quan Mii occasionally now given its price point, but overall still recommend this place.

Sometimes you crave banh xeo, so you gotta go grab some at one of the og places. Banh xeo portions are huge and the service is quick. The banh bro portions are generous, and we enjoyed the bite size portions. The banh xeo is quite crunchy, and the nuoc mam dipping sauce is flavored just right. There's usually no wait when you swing by, and there's ample seating inside. Parking is lot parking and is convenient.

Excellent spot for banh xeo and a few other choice dishes! It can get pretty crowded so make sure you get on the waitlist, but they move pretty efficiently.The food was pretty spot on, the banh xeo was defintely the star, but I really enjoyed the bun rieu. You've got your typical viet bun dishes as well. Lots of veggies and sauces to accompany, so it will be an authentic experience. The iced coffee packs a punch, as it should!The restaurant itself is contemporary, they fit in a lot of people but it doesn't feel too crowded. The staff works very quickly and they place your order when you're move up the wait list so you don't have to wait long to get your food, definitely appreciated that on their busy day.Overall, a really nice place to visit, with some excellent dishes!

Our usual Banh Xeo spot closed down and I was looking for a new place to enjoy one of our fav vietnamese dishes. Quan Mii did not disappoint! Banh xeo is nice and crispy with all the yummy fixings inside. Veggies are fresh and plenty. Price is reasonable and the servers are helpful.We have gone at different times, lunch and dinner... wait has never been too bad. There are two locations and both are equally as delicious!
