I love this place. I get the liang pi ($14 ish) on the regular at least 2 times month. Liang pi is the perfect noodle dish for hot weather or even any time. The noodles are wide, chewy, and soak up just the right amount of the sauce. The sauce is garlicky, numbing Szechuan oily, and spicy. I love everything about it. The service is efficientI will be back probably within the next week

I've been to this restaurant twice now. It is located in the Watermarke condos subdivision so there is plenty of parking. They do not require tipping and you get a discount if you pay by cash as there is a 2.3% fee for credit cards.I ordered the Guilin noodles the first time and Saozi soup noodles the second time. Both came in the take out container regardless if you order take out or not. It's the paper bowl with the wax interior. The Guilin noodles were way too salty and some of the peanuts were black and moldy looking. I unfortunately didn't see that until I got home. The Saozi noodles were not as salty. The meat had a lot of fat on it and couldn't really find the potatoes. Flavor was better than the Guilin noodles in my opinion. You need to bus your own tables and get your own silverware as well. Portion sizes are reasonable.

There's limited parking in front of the restaurant but free retail parking in the parking garage next to it!It's a casual authentic Chinese noodle place with a lot of options. I ordered the signature liang pi noodles medium spicy and it definitely had a good numbing spice flavor. Prices are pretty normal (but seems like there's a really good lunch menu deal) but portions are large! Overall pretty good experience

Not your typical Chinese food, this place specializes in Northern style Chinese cuisine and northern style Chinese noodles - Beef tendon: 12.5/10 delicious!! - Cucumber: 10/10, would get again- Liang pi: 8.5/10: great hot day dish- Hot dry Noodle: not our cup of tea, but those who enjoy northern style noodles will enjoy it. Just absolutely excellent. First off, I really appreciate the vegetarian options here. They don't skimp out on the amount of tofu they add to their dishes and it's so yummy. The mapo tofu is delicious - spicy and flavorful. The hot dry mix noodles are out of this world. The sauce they use is so delicious and the little tofu pieces as well as the vegetables they add in are amazing. The portions are also so big for the price.

This place is a surprise find for me. I was visiting the now-closed butcher place without knowing that it was permanently closed. I was hungry, so I just popped into this restaurant.Me and my party ordered the Spicy Wonton Soup, Beef Noodle Soup, Black Sugar Boba Latte, and Lemon Yakult. While there are indoor and outdoor seating areas, the place runs like a to-go shop: no table service, you pick up your food from the counter when ready on a plastic tray, and no metal cutlery or dinnerware--just to-go containers and plastic cutlery.I didn't expect much from the looks of this place, but I was wrong. The soups came out piping hot, which was nice on a cold day, but you want to use caution with kids. The wonton soup had about 15 wontons in decent size, with a lot of diced green onions, cilantro, and a good amount of scorched red pepper oil floating on top of the liquid. The soup was savory and spicy due to the oil. At first, I didn't think I'd get full, but it ended up filling me up pretty well, and I had left-over soup that I took to-go (the soup was too good to discard) by simply putting a lid on the container that it came in.My party enjoyed the non-spicy beef noodle soup; he said he'd order it again. The black sugar boba was very sweet, full of liquid brown sugar goodness. The lemon yakult (yakult is a sweet probiotic drink) was refreshing but a bit too sweet for me. I am not sure whether you can customize the sweetness level; after all, this place is a noodle place, not a boba house.I found the overall atmosphere and food to be authentically Taiwanese. I didn't expect authenticity from a to-go spot like this, so I was pleasantly surprised. I will come back to try other dishes.Parking is free; you just need to get into the right parking structure. You will see signs around the building. If you are entering a parking structure that's pretty narrow and small, that's the right one.

This is our go-to Chinese lunch place near my office. They have a nice combination of (what I assume are) more authentic Chinese dishes and American-style Chinese stuff. This is a place where it's worth signing up for their rewards program. You can get lunch for under $10 with the weekly coupons they send. Otherwise price is "typical" Orange County lunch price. Best Kung Pao around - I love that they mix in cucumbers instead of zucchini. It's somehow way better. A warning - it does get very busy during the lunch hour so I recommend ordering ahead online.

We came here looking for a quick lunch. We saw they had a good winter special deal but sadly we missed the time cutoff (2pm). I ordered broccoli beef and my husband ordered a rice noodle and beef soup. the service was pretty bad, the person at the counter was not friendly at all. the food was decent, but nothing special. probably wouldn't come back again unless we were in a rush.

Food is decent to good. Good price for the big portion too. Cashier Leo was very patient with our questions and special needs of having certain items on the side. While it is a self serve restaurant, Leo noticed I'm wearing a boot restricting movement so he helped bring food to our table.
