Probably my favorite pizza spot I've ever tried. I love the variety of styles of pizza along with different options of sauces/toppings. I wish they had indoor seating so you can enjoy the fresh pizza but there is standing room! The slices are really, big so they fill you up and are worth the price.Parking can be a little hard to find in the garage given it's a busy place, but the restaurant is close to the exit. Got the hot honey, which didn't have really have any kick to it so will probably recommending forgoing it. The staff there is super friendly and helpful! Excited to keep coming back.

If you've read my reviews before you know there's no good pizza in LA, or in this case The OC, unless that pizza is straight from New York.I was dying for Prince St Pizza to open up its Costa Mesa location. I went to the West Hollywood Location a couple of years ago and I'm so glad to see they're popping up more and more in Southern California. This is an AUTHENTIC NY pizzeria, not one of those that claims to have NY style pizza. You've probably seen the pictures of the Spicy Spring and you absolutely have to try it. It's not your conventional floppy NY slice but it is packed with flavor. Sweet, spicy, cheesy and without a doubt delicious. If you're looking for the traditional NY slice opt for the original Prince or the fancy Prince. One bite and you will be transported across the country to NYC where this place originated. You won't find any seating here in typical NY fashion. Just a small bar to eat your slice standing up. Hold the slice with your left hand and sprinkle on some Parmesan, garlic, and red pepper flakes with your right hand. The ambience is true NY pizza. What isn't typical NY is parking. Pull into the parking structure and you'll find plenty of parking. That was my only complaint about the West Hollywood location and the Costs Mesa spot took care of that. Read no more and make your way down to Prince St Pizza. Too lazy to go out? No problem. Apparently they do UberEats too so I don't want to hear any excuses from you :) Enjoy!

This is by far one of my favorite pizza places in New York. So you can understand how beyond excited I was to see so many locations open in California. I have tried them all and the quality is always top tier! The crunch and depth of flavor of these pizzas are beyond amazing. I will say, I prefer NY style pizza. The vodka, cheese, and spicy pepperoni are some of the ones to beat. Go check it out, you won't be disappointed!! You'll soon understand the hype :)

I came in to pick up my Too Good To Go order and decided to grab a slice to eat there. While I was enjoying my pizza, I had a great time chatting with the staff. Melissa, Jairo, and Fili were awesome! There was fresh pizza coming out of the oven that smelled so good, I couldn't resist taking some of that pizza home too. The service was excellent, and the store was very clean. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I'll definitely be back. The pizza was absolutely delicious! This was on a Monday night and there was no line.

I've never written a negative YELP review before . After all the hype on Nextdoor, had to try it. Extremely disappointed. Paid $35 for the pie, only to have the ingredients literally slide off each piece when picking it up to eat. Too much sausage and/or pepperoni made it so greasy and "wet" and impossible to taste the crust or cheese. Do not recommend

I heard that this place always has a long line of drunk people at night so I assumed it was good, my mistake. The alcohol probably makes it taste better because I ordered this for delivery sober! And wow what a disappointment $60 for nasty pizza with more bread than any topping. Mozzarella sticks are extremely disgusting, I took one bite and threw the rest away. I ate one slice and decided it wasn't worth the calories. Not sure who would give this place a 5 star review. Straight garbage. Your better off grabbing a frozen digiorno pizza for sure!
