Management needs to be fired here. The bartender/waitress/bussboy/everything else was running around trying to single handedly take care of over 20 customers without success. The other reviews say this is a nice place and it's true. We spent two hours waiting for cold food. Food is just ok, but why doesn't the cook bring out the food himself after it sits on his counter for 20 MINUTES?? Apparently he hates his job and also the resort's customers. The bartender was unacceptably overworked and even the banquet planner came out and saw it but declined to give a helping hand. Average food, average price, UNACCEPTABLE MANAGEMENT! Will not be back.On a side note: the nachos looked better than anything they had and would be highly recommended as a meal for two if you do decide to stop by.....Don't be in a hurry though.

The bar is absolutely wonderful and has great views of the surrounding neighborhood, golf course and a peek-a-boo view of the ocean. Lisa the bartender was really attentive and recommended for us to get the calamari. The calamari was great and complemented my Stella. Overall, had a few drinks and the calamari during their happy hour which was great deal. Will definitely be returning very soon.

Fantastic service! Bartender Jesse was spot on! Great atmosphere and lively setting. A great hang out to drop into. Very friendly guests and service alike. Will be back! Thoroughly enjoyed our lunch experience.

I am an avid golfer. I have been to literally dozens of golf courses. For the last 2-3 years I have enjoyed a "tuna cup" to go at the turn. I compare them all. Without question, Lori at the Pacific Bar and Grill at the San Clamente Municipal GC, makes the best Tuna Cup hands down. I begin to look forward to the turn while still on the 4th hole. Go play the San Clamente Municipal golf course. Enjoy the course, and make it even better by checking in to see Lori at the turn.C Bassett

Amazing food that is reasonably priced. We have been coming here for 15 years. Melissa is our favorite waitress! Friendly, efficient and kind. Always glad when we can grab breakfast here.

We went to the Pride of the Pacific bar & Grill in San Clemente after a round of golf. There was only one table occupied. It took us ten minutes for someone to to take our drink order and food order. It took over 40 minutes to get our food order as they said that they were short staffed (with only one table occupied...) The food was average to poor. Not a place that I would try again.

Best place for breakfast omlet and hash browns. The best server in the early morning, is Melissa. Great service for the past 20+ years. She has a smile that always brightens my day.

Lisa suggested smoked turkey or grilled chicken sandwich. I got one and my wife got the other. Both were great and Lisa was wonderful. Good beer and great view too.
