Pressed Juicery

Wow... where do I begin? The customer service was poor. There was no warmth or friendliness from the staff--no smiles or any sense of effort to make the experience enjoyable. Mind you, it's the day after Thanksgiving. You would think people would have a little holiday spirit. Additionally, the wait time for my order was unnecessarily long. I ordered a vanilla freeze medium size with cacao drizzle on half. I waited and waited and went in to check on my order. (Around 15-20 minutes) I later discovered that the cashier had forgotten to pass my order to the person making the freeze, which contributed to the delay.Once the young gentleman working on my order tried to make my order, the freeze machine appeared to be malfunctioning, operating very slowly. He told me to wait longer so it can defrost/get warm. So I went back outside to wait longer. After another 10 minutes I couldn't take it anymore and went back inside where no one looked at me or asked me if I needed help. I finally said, "Can someone please help me?" and then another staff member tried to help me but when the staff member attempted to make m freeze, some of the product ended up on his hand, but he just tapped it back into the serving cup. Where were his gloves? This was both unprofessional and unsanitary. So gross!I asked for a refund and the staff member gave me one but the staff member was unsure if the refund had been processed to my card, leaving me uncertain about whether the issue had been fully resolved.So sad. I will go back to Los Angeles and back to my regular locations. Step it up, Irvine!

It was okay. We got the açaí bowl, the original one, and it was all right. The texture of the açaí tasted watered down or something. I do like that they have juices and soft serve that are plant based, and it doesn't taste as sweet as other places which is great. Service was nice enough. There isn't any seating inside, so you order and go find a table somewhere outside; sometimes the Spectrum can get crowded. If you're looking for more bang for your buck, more choices and freedom with your açaí bowl, try Earth Bowl next to Sephora. But, my all time favorite for açaí is Berry Brand--delicious.

This is the only location I've been too because I've always had a great experience here. Everyone's always friendly and the Acai bowls come out delicious every time. These ARE THE BEST ACAI BOWLS! I'm hooked! The fruit is always fresh! I love that they have the juices/shots out to sample! I enjoy their green juices as well! In really like the gut health one. Everyone should try the Acai bowl at least once! I get the original and substitute the banana for coconut chips!

The açaí bowl here are delicious. The customer service is usually great, and are very accommodating to my requests. It's small but clean. And one of my go to's when I'm at the spectrum mall. I love that there's no added sugar just natural sugars from the fruit. Ube was my favorite and I can't wait till it comes back if it isn't there already! Definitely recommend

Years later, I find myself still coming here to enjoy the freeze. Still just as great as years ago, and a yummy guilt-free dessert/treat. The chocolate freeze is the best flavor wise. They have a bunch of other things as well, juices, smoothies, acai bowls and even salads. The large size of the freeze is perfect to share, and it is $8.50. I love it with gummy bears, almond slices and berries! 3 toppings are included.

The juices are always so refreshing. It's a perfect breakfast spot. They have bowls or juices or smoothies so a lot of variety.

Friendly service, yummy juices & shots. The cashier asked if we wanted to try the samples and we went with blood orange it was good but I wanted something with electrolytes and a little more vitamin c plus probiotics and I found this pink one but I can't recall the name it has dragon fruit though. I'm sure if you check their menu it'll pop up. Anywho, never too busy always friendly even on busy weekends.

First time ever ordering a freeze from Pressed and most definitely won't be the last!They had Ube, Açaí, Dragon Fruit, and Vanilla. The cashier asked if we wanted any samples but I just went with VanillaI got a Size 1 with almond butter, sliced almonds, and fresh strawberries--yum yum yum!

Mornings in Irvine are not the same without a cold-pressed juice. There are now only a couple places at the Spectrum where you can grab something healthy and Pressed Juicery is one of them.

This is the best Pressed Juicery location I've ever been to. They really fill up your cup with the freezes and don't skimp on the toppings. It was overflowing and had to eat it fast as it was melting and becoming messy. 10/10 recommend!!
