The place was nice and the food was great! The service was great staff are very nice. The cashier really knows how to make your feel welcome! The bathrooms were clean as well!

As a chapina from OC, I remember we had to go out to the LA/downey area just to get this. Now in Costa Mesa and this new spot is just a 10 min drive makes my Guatemalan heart so happy! Ok i ordered through the drive-thru, it was friendly and quick. I went at about 6pm tonight and the food came out fresh. I got original 2 piece with rice, I usually mashed potatoes but wanted to mix it up a bit and small bun. Chicken was juicy and not overly greasy as others have stated. Place wasn't packed, but a few people were dining in and the location looks clean and very well lit. This is a form of fast food comfort food for me, and so happy to see more new locations popping up. Oh and I got an empanada that was good, nothing special there for me so maybe wouldn't get it again.Other great options to try and the thing that sets this apart from KFC/Pollo Loco, is getting sweet plantains and yuca fries. Those are great too, just wasn't craving them today.

This chicken is huge! You can get it fried or grilled. I would compare the flavor to KFC. I actually have not had KFC in 25 years, but I do still remember the flavor. It's all good, fries and sides and all, it's just not exactly my flavor preference for chicken. The fries came with a QR code to scan for a deal next time, although I don't think there will be a next time for me. That was nice though.

Went to get a 2 piece meal and I wanted to get both thighs and the lady that helped me stated they can't do that. I've been getting campero all the time and they always let me do that... she said she will have to charge me by piece and not the combo. One of the 3 screens at the drive thru wasn't working

Worth the drive ...I saw this spot on my way to DTSA for meeting, my wife and I came out Saturday to check it out.I tried the grilled and fried chicken, both very good. The grilled was the one Ill be coming back for. Super moist and very tasty.I tried the Yuca fries, didnt realize it was cassava, Im surprised more folks dont make these. They were very good. I do want to try their other fries next time too. My wife really liked the rice and the sweet plantains too.I messed up my order a little and the young lady at the counter was very kind to get me what I was trying for. New building, great staff, decent parking and great food.

They took forever. Some of the chicken was too pink for me to eat. Not many other customers. I'm not surprised.

Not much people and I know why, employees taking home the food they tell the customer that they don't have this and that like all the grill gone and breast but I see one of the employees eating his dinner and its a grill breast chicken.

The woman at the drive thru was difficult to understand. I ordered 8 piece chicken only. When I got to the window, she asked if it was okay to give me "half and half" like if I knew what that meant. When I asked for clarification, she said that they only had half grilled and half fried and that it would take 20 mins to grill more but that they closed at 9pm. She told me this at 8:15pm when there was plenty of time but clearly didn't want to do it. I gave her feedback and told her she lost business to pollo loco across the street to which she answered "I think I am good at customer service." Haven't tried their food and will not any longer.

Great service the girl in the counter was so cool food is great flavorful first time here and I thought they had sweet-potatoes but it was plantains. That was weird. Bit it was still great

The best chicken I've ever eaten totally recommend the ambiance was good service was a 10/10 great food
