Poke Tiki

DO NOT GO EAT HERE!! The Service at this location is extremely poor. I ordered a large poke bowl just for the fish to be discolored and taste funky. I had to spit out my first bite. I went back into the Lake Forest location with my uneaten bowl for a remake and the women who I assume was the manager refused. She was rude and wouldn't even give me a refund either. I wasted 20 dollars and my time going to Poki Tiki.. I am back at square one trying to find a place to eat when the issue with my bowl could have been solved by simply remaking it. Oh and she took the bowl back so I cant even post the picture of how poor the fish quality was..

I came here for lunch today and to be honest I wasn't really hungry yet because I had a big snack beforehand, but I immediately got hungry after I received my food haha!When I came in I was greeted by all the workers which were the two girls up front. It is so clean inside and they do not skimp on anything. Everything is just SO fresh, you can tell from the taste and just by looking at everything. I got half spicy salmon and half salmon. The spicy salmon is minced like spicy tuna. I liked eating these together, it's honestly a great combo in terms of texture and flavor.I've been to plenty of poke places and at some point they all start to blend together a little bit, so it is hard to differentiate some places from one another. But Poke Tiki is definitely memorable in my mind. I looove extra sauce on my poke so it's important to me that the sauce options are high quality and have nice variety. The sauces here are so unique, I really loved them all (I went a bit crazy). I got Poke Sauce, Spicy Mayo, Wasabi Cilantro, Volcano, and Eel Sauce. I don't know which sauce it was but one of them had a limey taste which I really liked because I like to add lime on my poke anyways :)The service here is so good and the girls are really sweet. The food is 10/10 and I'm already thinking about the next time I'll get to eat here. A few things I'd love to see on the menu are sliced white onions and fried garlic. Other than that, I can't wait to come back!

Yay poke tiki finally opened near my work/ home! New owner and her daughter were very friendly and kind welcoming us to the new store! The food is great just like at the sister stores in the area. Thank you!

New poke restaurant in Lake Forest! We stumbled across this restaurant as we were driving through the parking lot looking for a place to eat. Clean, casual, build-your-own poke bowls offering small, medium and large sizes. My partner and I both ordered medium size bowls with 3 proteins at $15.99. Mine had salad mix; salmon/scallops/octopus with all the sides (except avocado +$1) on top. I opted for Spicy mayo dressing. Partner had white rice; spicy tuna/salmon/shrimp; all toppings with Volcano#2 sauce. Yum! In addition, the owner and workers were all very nice and offered great service.

OK, this place is amazing!! super fresh food really friendly staff.. I have tried many Poke spot !!! this one by far is my favorite everything here is so fresh! Very clean location! And they even have milk teas ! . Thank you to the team here ! I will be back !

Great service and a delicious poke bowl for reasonable price. Portions are big. Fish is fresh! Staff is very good. This place used to be OK Poke bit is way better now. It even smells nice! They have boba also

Actually this Poke place has a very nice Boba tea inside. After a meal, instead of having deserts, i decided to have a sweet tea instead. I opted for the honey green tea with lychee and 50% sweetness. It is a good end to a meal. Give them a try

Newly opened which replaced the old poke place. So much nicer and cleaner Service is great, food is delicious. My go-to poke place in Lake Forest. I got a Medium Bowl with salmon and octopusMixed with edamame, seaweed salad, cucumbers, crab salad, jalapeñosTopped with crunchy onions, spicy mayo, eel sauce10/10!And they pack your to-go orders with ice:)

By far the worst place and most importantly, the worst customer service ever , i waled in AS A CUSTOMER, but decided to use the restroom first and asked HER if i can use the restroom and she looked me from the bottom up and said its for customers only and I told her I am and she never responded. Mark my word, I will make sure to take this complained all over the place , yelp and bbb and consumer report for businesses.
