Stingy or racist? That's what my friends and i were trying to figure out. Ordered a pepperoni pizza and dozen wings ($55 crazy!) to go. When the food came out and we asked for parmesian and chili flakes , the dude mentioned that was for dine in only. He couldn't give us chili flakes or parm unless we paid. After we stopped laughing we realized he was serious.Is this a pizza hut policy across the board or was this guy effing with us? Super unfriendly and didn't look like he wanted our biz..

I remember coming to Pizza Hut as a kid, but now this is nothing close to what it WAS. The app sucks, customer service inside sucks and the price is a lot higher than other chains and mom n pop locations. The quality of the food has totally taken a nose dive. I can easily see Pizza But going out of business. I would say that the call center is nice but that's about it.

Service is horribly unorganized. I did a mobile order for 2 hrs later and it was still not ready.... Along with a line of people waiting for their orders as well or needing their order fixed. A bunch of 50-69 yr old men that can't figure it out

Meh, at best. I have ordered from this location almost 10 times, only because it is the closest pizza joint from my house and someone at my household has a craving for Pizza Hut. While the taste isn't bad, there is a lot of room for improvement. For example, they really should not skimp on the toppings. I always order the Supreme pizza. Each ingredient is just scattered here and there, and they are cut thinly as well, leaving me thinking that I am eating pizza-flavored bread, not pizza.Their wings are also meh. Not bad, but not great, either. Small in size, nothing to write home about.

Pizza is good, the crust is always yummy with the perfect amount of crunch and chewiness. If only the pizza had more sauce... They are one of the few places in Irvine that opens late (12 am) which is a definite plus. The place is clean and spacious.

This is the best Pizza Hut by far. For the millennials, do you miss how Pizza Hut used to taste from the school cafeteria back in the 90s and early 2000s? Well look no further, this is pure nostalgia (with a little less grease)! We've ordered takeout from here consistently and it has always been solid. Hot, fresh, soft , crispy. Also, the workers are super nice and at least act like they care. I haven't eaten in before, but they have happy hour Mondays for their draft beer. That's pretty awesome for a Pizza Hut!

Never again will we order from Pizza Hut, or at least this particular location. We wanted to order our usual from Round Table but wasn't going to pay $35 for a medium pizza. So we took a chance with PH. Big mistake. Delivery was 40min which would've been fine, but the app kept saying the driver was "on its way" forever. We finally see the app said "delivered", and we're so confused. No one came to our door, did not set off our alarm on the driveway either. We happened to walk outside, to the corner of our street where our SIDE PORCH is, and just sitting there in the cold was our pizza! Who does that?!? That wasn't the FRONT DOOR or even our front courtyard area! There's no walkway to the side porch at all, just a muddy area. So ofcourse the pizza was COLD, and tasted mediocre at best. We went online to let them know, filled out the form, was given a code for a discount on future order, only to repeatedly get rejected when trying to finish the form. We emailed PH and all they said was "we will let the owner know". Really? All this because we saved a whopping $7. NEVER AGAIN.

I love Pizza Hut for the nostalgia. Growing up we would always get 2 large super supremes once a month and it was a family affair. I'm glad I'm able to do that now with my own kids at a location that's super convenient! The food is always fresh and hot, they're timely. My only peeve is that I've ordered curbside pickup 2 out of the 3 times I've ordered so far and they've never actually brought it out.. and they weren't busy -.- There's only ever 1-2 members working in there but they're just not great at looking at notifications and communicating with each other. It's always been faster walking in and picking it up yourself than waiting for the curbside pickup. Other than that, I'll be back! Keep the deals coming

I ordered my son's favorite- Pizza Hut- for his birthday party. The kids got hungry earlier than expected and so I called to see if they could make it earlier than I originally specified. Not only did they change the order, they handled it with such friendliness and cheerfulness I left in a great mood, moved to leave a positive review. The pizza was fresh and hot, and the service was so much better than expected from a chain. Great job!

This Pizza Hut has the worst customer service, and they don't give a f***, which is a shame because all the customers are local residents. On Halloween, they had a breakdown of the system where people who placed scheduled orders were not in the que. Door Dashers were turned away, telling them to wait an extra 1 hour (on top of the 1 hour they waited). Horrible.My experience: I get in line at 5pm and order pizza and breadsticks. The new girl takes my order and charges me. While waiting for my order, I see that they have a Happy Hour special for 50% off breadsticks which wasn't reflected on the receipt. I wait in line again. At 5:55pm, I tell the manager, I want to order a beer for the Happy Hour and get this rate for my breadsticks. She says it was my fault that I didn't bring it up to her. After the fiasco, she finally refunded me 50%. I asked for the Happy Hour special for the beer and she said, "No, it is 6:02pm!" I said, you were arguing with me about the breadsticks before 6pm, but needless to say, she didn't care.NOT one apology to me or anyone. She let it known that it was the customers fault. This store is TERRIBLE.
