Pietrini Pizza Napoletana

This is an amazing wood fire pizzeria we always visit while in the area. It's worth visiting and has some of the best pizza in the LA area. The service is always friendly and it's always welcoming. Ensure you allow time because quality isn't quick.

I have been here on countless occasions, and I feel like it would be a disservice if I did not write a short review. This place is absolutely amazing--the food, the service, and the ambiance all exceed my expectations. It truly has everything.During covid, I told my friends that this place would become big, and I am certain it will grow even more. I usually order the Margherita or New York pizza, and for dessert, I always go for their Hot Honey Sundae--simple yet absolutely incredible.

I can truly say that me comparing the pizza here at Pietrini's is fair, since I have personally had pizza in Naples, Italy.I have to admit that compared to the pizza I ate in Italy, Pietrini's gets top billing in my opinion. Just on the dough itself, I like the well cooked bottom, not burnt and it had great structure. It held up on its own. It wasn't soggy or wet towards the center of the pie. It was thin and it had a crisp to it. As for the sauce, the red sauce on our Diavola was mild and not tangy. It was fresh and definitely made in house. We also tried the NY style and that was my favorite. Instead of red sauce, we went with the Garlic Paradisio. We unfortunately did not read the ingredients on the menu for the Garlic Paradisio because it included fresh rosemary. It's not that we don't like rosemary, it's just there was quite a lot of rosemary that the main flavor was from the rosemary. Other than that, it was still my favorite pizza. I saw a photo from Yelp that showed the meatball trio and it said, "must order", so we did. Not at all disappointed. The red sauce again was delicious, but what was different compared to other Italian restaurants where I've ordered the meatballs, were the size. Some places I've been to, the meatballs were the size of a baseball. However, size does not always mean it's delicious, for the ones here at Pietrini's, the taste was everything. It definitely left me wanting more. A must place to return with the family and next time, I know what to expect. As for our service, we were seated immediately and our server Sam was on top of things and took care of us quickly. Sam was wonderful, but one constructive criticism I have for her is don't offer ranch unless you make the guest aware that there's an additional charge for it. By you offering it, I assumed it was complimentary. If I ask for some ranch, then again you could kindly inform your guest that there's an add charge. Other than that, we enjoyed our first time visit snd experience and we will definitely return for more.

Pietrini wins pizza awards by the way. I mean what more do you need to know. I recently tried their chili oil and it's an amazing addition to your pizza if you like a little spicy kick. 11/10 every time

Great pizzas, great atmosphere.We stopped by and dined in for Sunday dinner around 5PM. The restaurant is open, modern, and lively inside. Initially we wanted to order take-out, but the phone message informed us that it may not be offered if they are busy. It doesn't hurt to check if that's something you're interested in! We sat on a high top near some tables that were already reserved, so that is an option as well. Our server Sam was attentive and took good care of us.We got the garlic breadsticks to share, the margherita pizza with extra sauce, and the prosciutto and arugula. The pizzas were wonderful, nice crust with the right amount of chew. The flavors went so well together and ingredients were definitely high quality. There was a dessert menu as well with some items that looked intriguing, but we were too full from all the good food.Definitely recommended!

This place is AMAZING! From the moment we walked in the hostess was very polite and accommodating. When we told the waitress it was our first time, she did a great job at recommending items. She went over the different types of pizza that they have and also recommended a few other items to try. Both of our pizzas were delicious. We started out with the meatball trio and Caesar salad all were above expectations. We couldn't resist ending the meal with dessert. Both the lemon bar and pistachio ice cream was delicious. The restaurant inside is warm and cozy and gives a great vibe. The music also is perfect. We look forward to coming back here again and again and again!

Came here with a part of 6 ordered 4 pizzas and some meatballs. Had a few Napoleton pizzas - original Italian style. And a New York. All very good. Reasonably priced friendly service . Family owned. Topped off with a salted caramel soufflé and cappuccino

Food awesome, service great, and crazy busy but enjoyable. Reserved a table a week prior and it worked out perfect for my birthday!
