We ordered the family value pack on doordash. this was supposed to be a family meal for 4-5 people but it 's more like for 3 people. only half of each entree section on the tray was filled. why dont you guys just fill each section up to the top, why be so greedy. the noodles were salty, the fried rice was bland. the chocolate fortune cookes were a mess inside those little bags. we didnt get no sauces no utinsils no napkins. terrible service

2 stars because the service was great but the food was not great. The house beef had hard cartridge pieces in it and the fortune cookies were stale and the chicken in the chicken teriyaki was dry. I used to love this place.

Excellent customer service. I recently started ordering through app and I had earned a free entree reward. Unwittingly I clicked on the coupon not knowing there was a 30 min time limit to redeem the free entree coupon. The coupon expired and I wasn't able to use it. When I went in to pick up my order I asked about it when I arrived. A very nice woman named Karen was working and she was kind enough to give me a free entree coupon. I really appreciated that. I love the fresh made food cooked to order. it bothers me that you got rid of the lemonsEvery PUStix had lemons until the pandemic and when the pandemic was over you didn't bring back the lemons. grrrI think every Pickup Stixs is actually wonderful, but I do miss having lemons for my Chicken Pad Thai
