Placed order online for pickup. Checked off the additional sauces that I wanted added (at no extra charge). I went in with a few friends that placed their order online. One person wanted to get an appetizer and decided to order on arrival. Their credit card machine was down so she couldn't order. Inside is set up like a y other fast food restaurant. When I got back and looked in bag the additional sauces were not added. It looks like they do get busy so order handling is not that efficient. Good and portion size was pretty good. Located in a plaza so parking is not an issue.

I do want to say that the hot honey spicy chicken has an awesome taste.unfortunately I can't say much about customer service. As I walked into the restaurant their was a very bad smell and to top it off the girl attending the receiving area had a face like she was upset and when I asked a question she kept saying what? until I got closer to her ( I wasn't going to scream). when the food was ready the same girl brought the food to the table and did I say, she has long nails? well her nails were inside touching my food? and all she did was put the plate on the table and acted as of nothing had happened, then she continued telling me about the sauces ????I didn't complained because jobs are hard to come by. but she really needs to get her act together.

We'll massively disappointed with the orange honey chicken. The flavor was so strong I could not eat it. Same thing with the noodles. I normally love this but man not even my husband who eats everything could not eat it. It was drenched and like a concentrated flavor.The only reasons it got 2 stars is the cream cheese wontons were delicious.Order number 467328642672801

Something for the whole family! Our family of four has some very picky eaters from vegetarians to kids with specific tastes. We all eat here, enthusiastically and love the different flavors. My daughter loves the orange chicken. I love the spicy Kung pow and my youngest one appreciates the noodles that she can eat by herself The bathrooms were clean, and the staff was very kind and brought us all the condiments on the table, 5 stars would eat again.

One star is an understatement. Julietta or however you spell that morons name, is not just the worst employee I have ever had the unfortunate privilege to work with, but she is a horrible person as well.I placed a doordash order and they gave the order to the wrong person. I called because the dasher was waiting for around 15 minutes at this point. Julietta picked up the phone and I asked what was going on with the order they gave to the wrong person. She laughed and asked if I still wanted it and if they should make it again. I was taken back and asked "You haven't even started making it?" And she laughed at me again and I told her "Don't laugh at me, it's not funny." She then played stupid and said she didn't know what happened to the order and went on this tangent about things she doesn't know, I told her to shut up and she laughed again. I asked if she was the manager and she said no, I asked to speak to one and she laughed at me hard and hung up.So I drove up there. I saw Julietta and I said "We talked on the phone and I asked to speak to a manager and you laughed at me and hung up." She started to raise her voice at me so I did as well. She was talking a mile a minute and I finally yelled and told her to shut the F up. I started cursing now and she cursed at me too. We had an argument and I said I wanted the food refunded and her behavior is not ok, probably in some much stronger vocabulary. I don't care at this point, she drove me to this point. She proceeded to tell me she doesn't care about her job or anything and I can just throw the food away and that she spit in it.I wanted so badly to throw the food at her. I've never been so pissed off with some stupid person before. I am 100% contacting the manager, owner and the better business bureau.Look at the reviews. There's a reason they're so low.

Best customer service we have ever experienced at a Pick Up Stix! We shared orange chicken because we are heading to dinner later with friends. We are attending a big Back to the Future event at the Puente Hills mall. Food was hot like we like it, delicious and the restaurant was very clean. The Service pushed it over the top. Thanks for a great eating adventure! We will return!

This is my second time to order the family value pack for 4 to 5 people. It's perfect for a potluck too. You got three chicken entrées. I upgrade the white rice to fried rice.. You get chow mein. Also cream cheese, wontons and crispy dumplings , And then lastly you get chocolate dipped fortune cookies. It really is a great deal.
