I've been coming to this place for over 5 years now and it never disappoints! I always get the California and substitute the tomatoes for sun dried tomatoes. I highly suggest you try this! I am incredibly picky when it comes to my pesto and I dream about this pesto! Everything about this sandwich is perfection. The sandwich is always done to perfection and staff is always nice. The place is always clean! I love coming here. I'm a customer for life!

This place has always been a favorite. Unfortunately the last couple of times I've come they have been pretty skimpy on the filling.. and a sandwich and chips is $20I think people always understand raising your prices but it's never ok to lower the quality.. I hope they adjust moving forward. I'd hate to have to scratch this one off my list of favs.. :/

Solid Italian sandwich that's a great option to stop by for a healthy and delicious lunch. Located in the Tustin side of the Marketplace there's plenty of parking. The workers were pleasant and offered suggestions for first time eaters which is always appreciated. My sandwich was great, I especially loved the bread as it was crispy and the prosciutto was great.

I came here because it was next to Sephora and I was starving. There wasn't a wait, the restaurant itself very clean and staff was friendly. I was unsure of what to order so I asked for two sandwiches; the Milano because of the advertised picture on yelp and the California because the employee at the register (I didn't catch his name, but he's tall curly haired) recommended it. I also purchased an Italian peach iced tea (delicious) and chips which I would skip next time. Im giving 4 stars solely for the California sandwich and gentleman at the cash register that made it. It was probably one of the best sandwiches I've had in a long time! The wrap was toasted perfectly and ingredients were fresh/ tasty. The pesto sauce makes the sandwich taste superb! Now, the Milano was made by someone else (a young lady?) and it was lacking... the bread (although it's the same as the California) wasn't toasted the same & it seemed to be low on its ingredients. For the price you pay you'd think it would be stuffed with greens and tomatoes, but it was not the case so I had to minus 1 star for the inconsistency :( Either way, if I'm in the area I would definitely come back for the California sandwich!

Piadina: A Tasty Trip Down Memory LaneReturning to Piadina in Tustin was like reuniting with an old friend - comfortingly familiar yet still exciting. This spot, a staple during my college days, proved that it still holds up as a go-to for quality sandwiches at wallet-friendly prices. The star of the show is undoubtedly the unique bread that gives Piadina its name - a flatbread that's the perfect vehicle for a variety of fillings. On this visit, I opted for the bistecca sandwich, a carnivore's delight featuring tender steak. I couldn't resist adding the truffle sauce, which elevated the sandwich from great to phenomenal. What sets Piadina apart isn't just the food, but the clear care that goes into each creation. You can watch as the staff meticulously assembles each sandwich, a process that's as much art as it is food preparation. Speaking of the staff, their patience and friendliness add to the welcoming atmosphere. The value here is undeniable. For a price that won't break the bank, you get a generously sized sandwich made with quality ingredients and obvious care. It's the kind of place that makes you wonder why you'd ever settle for a chain sub shop again.Piadina remains a hidden gem in Tustin, offering a unique twist on sandwiches that keeps bringing people back long after their college days are over. Whether you're a longtime fan or a curious first-timer, Piadina is well worth a visit for a satisfying, affordable meal.

I think this was the reggio. Overall it's a pretty classic and simple combo of arugula prosciutto mushrooms tomatoes and mozzarella and it was really yummy! I really liked the special Piadina hot sauce too... wish it came with more on the side but it made the perfect addition to the sandwhich. The filling was really light and only wish there was more so it could be a more packed meal!

Unreal. To say the least this is my new fav sandwich spot. I have dreamt about this sandwich since I had. I can't wait to be back. I think I'll order delivery today since I live in HB.. I hope they build one in huntignton beach.. I ordered two diff piadina sandwiches. One was a turkey called Newport and I added toasted almonds.. which was a win! and the other was the Austin and it was so damn good. I really liked both a lot. My friend and I switched half and half. Asdar and Branton helped me and they were great. Branton was able to suggest some options as my friend had never been here and for me it had been years.. the place was super clean and had some chip options/ soup and pizzas also. They had plenty of seating outside and inside with nice A/C. The parking at this location can be tricky for sure but maybe order ahead and then pick it up to go? They have to go spots outside that should be open because the security patrols the area religiously. I used to work near this marketplace so I have come to this shopping center quite a few times and the struggle can be real so I'm glad they added these to go pick up spots for short term parking. Thanks piadina you made a life long fan.

Piadina is here to satiate your sandwich cravings with a light, pita-like flatbread filled with delicate textures and flavors ranging from chicken pesto to italian-style deli meats (salami and friends). The concept is simple, but the execution is strong. More lively than a Subway and carb-conscious friendly, Piadina provides a convenient and healthy option in the Tustin Marketplace. There is plenty of outdoor seating shared with other nearby restaurants. Parking is also easily accessible. So which sandwiches hit those tasty notes? The California Chicken, with it's delicious pesto sauce and render roasted chicken, is a standout. The Austin, with its juicy brisket, garlic aioli - and again that pesto sauce - is also delicious. The Italian flavors also have a couple of standouts like the Reggio, with its spicy mix of tatar and hot sauce combined with the umami of mushroom and prosciutto. There are also salads (effectively the sandwiches with greens instead of flatbread) and flatbread "pizzas" called Piadizzas available. These sandwiches are delicate rather than hearty. If you are hungry, you may want a couple of orders instead of one. These sandwiches are delicate - you won't find a mountain of meat inside these thin pockets of tasty bread - but that is exactly their appeal. You'll enjoy eating a sandwich or two here, guilt-free!

Piadina is great if you're looking for a quick bite and fresh bread. The bread is made fresh, flaky and light, and you can choose the different fillings based on pre-set items. I got the California which had turkey, veggies, and avocado. The fillings are pretty standard compared to a normal deli. So the main standout is really the bread. Other than that it's clean and has plenty of seating. There's plenty of parking and the service was quick and efficient. So it's a solid place to grab a bite and chill out.

If you want something light for lunch, this would be a good spot. We got the Reggio and California, which are some of their popular options. It tasted good, but there's more bread than there is filling. They didn't amaze us, the ratio was pretty upsetting. Located at the Tustin Marketplace it was a nice sunny day so we opted to sit outside.
