Spring Rolls/Goi Cuon ($8.50) Sloppily made; too loose. After cutting in half; roll started to fall apart due to poor wrapping.
Combination Pho/Pho Dac Biet ($13.50) To-go order (I'm not a fan of the prepackaged hoisin & chili sauce.)

Not sure why this was my first time trying this place but recently ordered it on doordash and I was impressed! Competitive pricing and everything was packaged so neatly. My husband ordered the pho with rare steak, brisket, and tripe. I wasn't too hungry so I had the plain broth and noodles, then we shared the spring rolls. We LOVED the spring roll sauce! Very different than the other spring roll sauces we've tried before. The pho broth was so tasty that I didn't feel I was missing out by skipping the meat this time. Will have to stop by and dine in next time!

Ordered through Uber Eats yesterday (prices were higher), but it was so yummy, we got it again today! The charbroiled pork had an awesome flavor but the pork was very fatty. I got bun yesterday but rice today. Both days I got the spring rolls, which were delicious! When picking up today, I went in person and the service was great! Restaurant looked clean but I had gotten to-go. Will definitely come again!

Any place that my mom names to go for pho automatically gets highly marks because she is picky AF! LOLBesides the pho, their bun tom thit nuong, and pork and rice dishes are delish! Service can be a little slow sometimes, depending on how crowded they are but food makes up for it. Writing this review is making me hungry ... probably will be heading here after I hit Post. LOL

Like some of my fellow yelp*ers; it was a solid, middle-of-the-road, experience. Would I go back? Sure! When I do revisit Pho Ha Noi, I will need to try the bún cha. Hanoi-style rice vermicelli with grilled pork/meatballs; known as Bun Cha Hanoi in Vietnam. Bún cha is one of Hanoi's most popular dishes. It's the Northern Vietnamese equivalent of the bun thit nuong from Southern Vietnam. The two dishes are similar in using rice noodles with grilled pork, served with a sweet chili dipping sauce and bountiful platter of fresh Vietnamese herbs. But there are very slight differences that most people may not notice. In Bún cha Hanoi, the meat is separated from the noodles. It actually sits in the dipping sauce. You load up noodles with your chopsticks, dunk it in the sauce; then enjoy it with pork and Vietnamese herbs.Note: I am no connoisseur; had to do some research to learn more about it. Bun thit nuong is one of my all time favorite Vietnam'ee dishes. The order:Combination Pho/Pho Dac Biet x2 ($13.50) Two orders, to-goTo-go orders - https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?select=7HWzDdNugjw4DNGD8aVdlQ&userid=O6EBodP3Fgu_n67efSKnBQThe broth was flavorful; not too greasy or salty. However, the meat was a tad stringy & tough. I've never been a fan of prepackaged sauces, unless there's NOTHING else available. (i.e. - Ketchup, Chinese Mustard, chili sauce, etc.) These are perfect for roadtrips & camping but only if it's all that is available. At home, I will sometimes use a black truffle oil sriracha and lime cilantro hoisin sauce. (Thumbs up)Overall, a solid Three Star rating. Food: 3+Service: 3Ambiance: 3Value: 3

Ordered through DoorDash. Was not feeling 100% and thought a lil pho will pick me back up. I sure was right!Ordered the pho combination, which had everything you needed -- rare beef, beef brisket, tendon, meatballs, the WORKS! When it arrived, everything was packed very neatly and tight so the broth wouldn't spill. Very thankful for the Dasher for being careful with it. For to go orders, the noodles and meats were packing in a Togo bowl, the broth was in its own separate container, and they packed all the condiments in another baggie. The broth wasn't hot, due to being a to go order. No worries -- heated it up and poured it right into the bowl. Everything was tasty! The broth was great -- meats were delicious. I felt cured just by drinking the broth. I would definitely order here again. Thank you for the yummy pho!

Service is wonderful! Took my niece here and she had pho tai nam. Was amazing! Bun bo hue is my favourite and to my surprise they even serve mam Tom, fermented pasty fish sauce that you only find in Little Saigon Restaurants, Westminster or Garden Grove.

We got pho here on a random weekday night. Restaurant did not feel super clean or organized. We sat at a random table and got an order of pho and spring roll. Pho was average as well as the spring roll but hubby doesn't discern and is a pho fiend so it didn't matter. Okay food but for the price, it's okay

I have had Pho in the depths of Little Saigen. I have had Pho in dozens of places none of them compare to Pho Hai Noi. This is the best Pho spa spot bar none. Anyone disgagree taste is garbage and should not be giving out criticism. Truly a gem

I ate lunch here and found it super disappointing. Ordered pho and iced tea, pho came out quickly but it took a while for the toppings and drink. The waiter splashed a bit of the pho out when placing it down, either didn't notice or didn't care. They don't give you real cutlery here - just a sad small plastic spoon and cheap chopsticks or plastic fork. There was only one employee working the front (seating customers, giving menus, receiving orders, bringing food out, bussing, etc.). The food was okay - super basic, don't expect any veggies it's literally noodles, meat, and a few pieces of onion. In general the dining area was a bit messy with several tables not cleared.
