This place is always our go-to spot! The customer service here is truly exceptional and stands out as one of the best we've experienced. The staff go above and beyond to ensure that every guest feels welcomed, valued, and well taken care of. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with friendly smiles and genuine hospitality. It's clear that customer satisfaction is their top priority, and they exceed expectations every time. The shrimp spring rolls are an absolute must-try, always fresh and incredibly delicious. We usually stick with the pho, but this time we decided to try the grilled shrimp, and it was just as good as the pho. The food here is super healthy, clean, and consistently high-quality. If you're looking for a great dining experience, this is definitely the place to visit, you won't regret it!Also, on their exterior windows, you'll find pictures of the food along with many Spanish names like sopa de pollo, sopa de carne, and sopa de camarones. This unique touch sets them apart from other pho places, adding a distinct and interesting vibe.Side note: There's ample parking available outside, making it convenient for visitors, and their doors stay open until 11 PM, allowing for plenty of time to stop by.

Likes:+ The phở is regular. Nothing special, but gets the job done.+ They open late until 11pm.+ Plenty of parking.+ Their restroom looks very clean inside.. Medium priced.. Unlike usual phở restaurants, this one is catered toward a specific audience. Thus:. The photos on the front windows show phở options with Spanish captions. Turns out "sopa de carne" which is literally "beef soup" is meant to mean "phở bò". Go figure.Non-likes:- Unlike most phở restaurants, this one doesn't leave napkins nor saté (chili oil) at each table.- They don't have chén nước béo hành trần (small cup of green onions in fatty broth).- The sides, like the lạp xưởng (Chinese sausage) and the trứng chiên (fried egg), cannot be ordered alone. They must accompany a rice order. They wouldn't let me order a side to accompany my phở order.- Only one restroom.- Unattentive staff. Sometimes all the staff are in the back. They can't hear anything: the door chime, the bell chime, the phone ring... Even customers stand at the counter and call out, no one answers. Unprofessional presentation.I had:1 Phở Dặc Biệt (Phở beef combo) = $17.39 total

Visiting from out of town. Wanted a good bowl of hot pho and this place hit the spot pretty well. Got the Soda Chanh and that was super refreshing, the pho combo was great in terms of flavor and was filling. -1 on the star only because we ordered appetizer (grilled meat spring rolls) and that came out so late that we ended up taking the items home. They only brought it out when we went to pay our bill because we thought they forgot it (and we had been sitting there for quite some time too). Tasted the spring roll later in the night and it was still tasty, so in terms of food quality, it was good.This place falls pretty well into the typical stereotype of an asian mom-n-pop restaurant. You get your food and then ignored for majority of the meal. Expected but a bit sad since we had no water and kept having to go up to the counter to ask for water and lemon for our food. Restaurant was not too empty but not filled with people. It was a Sunday night so not sure how the traffic in there usually is. That kind of added to our "bruh" moments since the service was lacking. I'ma be real honest, probably won't come back. There are other pho places in the area and this one didn't stand out in either foods nor service for us to want to come back. After visiting the 2024 Carvana PPA Tour VEOLIA LA OPEN in Fountain Valley, my eldest daughter and I were hungry. We thought we find someplace nearby to eat dinner before heading home. I wanted something soupy so Pho came to mind. I checked on Yelp and saw PHO 318 had 4.5 stars with some decent reviews. We were on our way here...Upon entry at around 6:00 PMish, there were no customers inside besides the people working here. But that didn't deter us from sitting down. Menu was very simple. The Pho comes in two sizes... small and large. I say go for the large... it's only $2.00 more.We got 1 Pho Rare Steak and Tendon for my daughter and 1 Pho Veggie for me with 1 ice water and 1 hot water. As for my Pho Veggie, I've had better broth. It was kind of bland IMHO... not savory and fatty at all. I understand it's a veggie dish, but menu says it has the same beef broth as the other Pho. The veggies and tofu were good though. My daughter liked her Pho, but she had the same sentiments on the broth as me. On the plus side, the veggies (bean sprouts, basils, limes) that came with the Pho were very fresh and abundant. Thank you!Staff was okay. Wait wasn't too bad. Atmosphere was bright. Good space of inside seating. Since we don't live in the area, we probably won't return here again. Do give them a try if you are in the area. You may like them. Happy Pho'ing!

Got some pho last night while I was working..it's been cold lately so the pho hit the spot. We took it to go. My only complaint is I wish they gave us better spoons, more hoisen sauce, and more limes. I will be back.

Solid spot for Pho in the Fountain Valley/Santa Ana area!I always judge a pho by its broth and Pho 318 does a pretty good job! It's flavorful and isn't too fatty/bland. Their portions are solid for the price, and they also offer small or large sizing.The menu is pretty diverse, consisting of both pho and rice dishes.My favorite thing I liked about this place is that it's pretty quiet and doesn't get too busy. It's perfect for if you're looking for immediate seating without a wait and want your food out quick. Plenty of parking too!

The food was ok... the staff was not friendly. And we were the only ones there... I don't know what else to say but I wouldn't go back.... The service was not as fast... my family had already ordered food and when I got there we still waited for the food to come out. I've never waited so long at a pho restaurant

This place is hidden in a strip mall behind the Sizlzler. Food is good, came out fast and I totally enjoyed the vermillcello noodles with grilled pork and egg rolls. The had a lot of to go orders but we ate there. Serves was good, was greeted with a smith.
