Philz Coffee

I just had to come on here and give a shout out to the team working this morning! I had a very complicated issue with DoorDash, which I won't go into since it was a glitch/issue with them and NOT Philz. The team was so understanding about my issue and tried to assist/help me to the best of their ability. DoorDash issue aside, the items were very delicious! The coffee was just what I needed today and the breakfast burrito hit just right. I was able to pass out some extra drinks and burritos to my coworkers and they absolutely loved them as well! I received many comments on the coffees, all saying they loved the order. That being said, to all the people reading this, we all highly recommend the Mocha Tesora! (my go-to) Again, big shout out to the Philz Coffee team for their amazing service and kindness.

Hello good morning, talk about a nice place to go for coffee, desserts, breakfast, etc.Found myself Very impressed with Philz Coffee. Secondly, Erica - wow, talk about a positive ray of sunshine in the morning. There are certain people that are great at customer service, with calming voices, eager to and help cheerful, and she set the tone. Prices are very good, the coffees very good, definitely coming back.

This was my first visit to Philz Coffee, and I couldn't be more impressed! With Starbucks' quality declining, I was searching for a new go-to coffee spot--and Philz delivered.The service was outstanding, with the staff taking the time to explain the different coffee options. The coffee itself? Absolutely amazing.Noticing they sold beans, I asked if they would work in my espresso machine at home. The barista generously offered me a sample to try--what a great experience! I chose the aromatic Arabic blend, and the flavors were simply incredible.Philz is now my favorite coffee spot, and I can't wait for the Aliso Viejo location to open--it'll be even more convenient for me!

Couldn't stay away for too long! Stopped by on a Sunday and was greeted again by Erika (didn't get her name last time). Such great energy and so bubbly! Seemed the team was a bit backed up but we were greeted right away and told they'd be with us shortly. I was not in a rush so I didn't mind the wait, but I did appreciate them acknowledging and letting us know. While my previous visits here have only been during the weekend, I can see how you'd need to give yourself more time if stopping by on a weekday. One day I'll try something new, but until then I'm going to keep ordering my usual aromatic arabic!

My first time at this establishment in general. Located in a new shopping center next to target in Mission Viejo, Philz is a different type of coffee shop with lots of options. I am not a big coffee drinker, but I love lattes and other fun drinks! I ordered a rose iced coffee, it was sweet and interesting! I don't think that I would get this drink again, but it was fun to try! The staff were nice and it was busy. I bought my husband a bag of beans to grind at home as well. The only negative I have is their lids don't stay on very well... as soon as I got in the car and put the coffee in my holder the lid came off and splashed all over:( I will be back if I'm in the area again!

Would visit more often but sometimes I only have cash on me and they don't take cash, ugh!

Cute little small shop. It's not big but there was a lot of people sitting and working. There are a lot of solo seating available. That's probably what it's there for lol. The menu seems small because they didn't have like lattes or americanos, etc. They did have a bunch of different flavored coffee, I'm sure you can make it into a latte or whatever? I'm not sure. I got the speciality coffee - honey haze . That was delicious!!! The sweet amount wasn't too much. It was really good. My mom got the mojito coffee and I thought that just tasted like straight mint . lol I'm not sure about that one... but I'd definitely come back to try the other speciality flavors. The wait is kind of long though, for your order. They must be taking very good care of your coffee lol. Omg and they had a cookie croissant which I didn't try but I will next time. That sounds crazy hahaha.

I love Philz coffee and have missed it for a few years... usually only in the Bay Area. But I just saw the sign for Philz by my parent's house off Alicia.I went there yesterday and then went back there today. Both times the coffee was AMAZING, just like I remember and the staff was friendly and courteous. I will be going back each time I'm in town!

Excellent staff, excellent service. Great coffee selection. Way better than Starbucks. I always get the ambrosia.

First time at this location. Fast and friendly service, great tasting drinks, and clean establishment. I ordered the iced mojito which was awesome. Would definitely come back here again.
