PAVLOVA by Janice

Pavlovas are new to me. I ordered mini Pavlovas for my husband's birthday and am so glad we tried this special dessert. He absolutely loved the guava lychee flavor. We also loved the strawberry chocolate mini pavlovas. Janice is talented and these are little works of art. The fresh fruit, flavored fresh whipped cream and soft meringue center along with the crisp sides makes for a perfect bite of flavor. We love meringues and make cookies each holiday season, and this introduced us to a whole different level for a meringue dessert.

I found Pavlova by Janice on Instagram. She offers something unique and extraordinary. This little dessert shop is an absolute gem. The owner is super friendly and comes out to talk and meet the customers. Everything was made to order and was packed with incredible flavor. She was really easy to work with and super responsive. Janice's pavlovas are sooo pretty and delicious. I found her on Instagram and have never really tried pavlovas before. We ordered it for my mom's 70th birthday and we are glad we did! It was such a hit! So many of our guests asked her Janice's details to place an order. We highly recommend Janice's pavlovas. She was very easy to work with and easy to find her place after she send her location pin. We will definitely order again!

I like to look on Instagram at food and stuff I want to try. This was my best find so far. I need a cake for my birthday and decided to try the mini versions so I can share with my friends. I ordered last week and I just picked up another order today. They both tasted so good. I think I'm going to have to try every flavor!!

These are such yummy desserts!!!! Janice does a wonderful job creating these beautiful pavlovas. I've ordered from her twice already! The strawberry and passion fruit flavor is divine! I'll be ordering more! Every time I share the minis with my family, they eat it all up super quickly! The outer layer is a crispy light, cloud like shell and it's filled with a delicious passion fruit curd and chantilly cream. Truly such an exquisite dessert!

Janice makes the most amazing pavlova. The desserts are light, airy, and so delicious. I have only tried the strawberry passion fruit, but I was truly wowed by it. My guests also thoroughly enjoyed them. They were the perfect balance of creamy and sweet. They also looked like absolutely works of art. I look forward to my next dinner party so I can indulge in some more mini pavlovas.

I had a lovely experience with Janice. The pavlova was elegant and the whole family loved it. It made our daughter's birthday extra special (they saw and episode of Bluey making a pavlova with their dad and wanted to try it so bad!)

One of our suppliers brought these to a meeting. I have been dreaming of them ever since. I live in LA, but I may have to plan a special trip and order some more. Do not sleep on these Pavlovas!
