The best service! These pasta and pizzas are amazing. They even sell the pasta by the pound and make them right there in this little kiosk. If you're lucky, you'll even find them at a local farmers market!! The oats and sauce is authentic. I asked for a side of Parmesan for my pizza and she freshly grated it right on top. Very delicious and great customer service

I'm not big on pasta but the pasta here is probably some of the best I've had personally. Including for a partner of mine who has a gluten allergy, they had so many different unique and freshly made pasta options for her. Truly worth the drive and the portions are really generous. If you're craving Italian and want pasta. Skip the restaurant and go here!

10++ Incredible Experience at Pastalia!As a native New Yorker and Italian, I've had my fair share of great pizza, but nothing--and I mean nothing--compares to what I had at Pastalia today. My mom, my son, and I enjoyed an unforgettable lunch, and I have to say, this place is beyond exceptional.I ordered the prosciutto pizza, and my son had the pepperoni--both were out of this world. The bread, the cheese, the buffalo mozzarella, the prosciutto--every single bite was perfection. It's hard to put into words just how phenomenal this meal was.If you're looking for top-tier Italian cuisine and a pizza experience like no other, Pastalia is a must-visit. This is a solid 10+++ in my book. I'll be back, and I highly recommend you check them out, too!

This is such a gem! We have been back twice already in just one span of 7 days. It is that good.They are located inside the River Street Marketplace in the big building with multiple food stalls.The first visit I tried the ravioli with asparagus. And I took pappardelle with their vodka sauce to go. The second time I came with the family, and we tried the rigatoni with vodka sauce, the chicken meatballs, and the kids fusili pasta with butter. They were, unfortunately, out of the beets and carrots so I didn't get to order the insalata I was craving. Hopefully next time they will have the ingredients they need to make the salad on their menu. The meatballs were good but I would have hoped for more/larger quantity for that price so wouldn't get it again.Definitely realized that the most economical way is to get the fresh pasta to go with their sauce. That was enough for all 4 of us to eat plus have leftovers. Their cooked pastas are the perfect size for two people to share $12-15. The kids pasta is a great deal $5, and they polished it off easily. They loved the shape and have asked already for us to get it again. So excited this place has opened and is close by. We will probably be getting it once a week.

The pasta was insanely fresh! This was the only food my kids would eat and they LOVED it! I got the pizza and it was delicious. It had a little kick to it which I loved. The staff were nice and patient. There's not really a lot of indoor seating but plenty of outdoor seating. I'd definitely come back the next time I'm in SJC

Ordered the lemon butter ravioli with asparagus. Very fresh, extremely delicious! They also have kids options and the kids enjoy picking their pasta from the glass case. Would come back!

So excited that my favorite pasta maker opened a restaurant!! We've been buying Mr. DoValle's pasta for years at the farmers market and finally got the chance to eat the pasta cooked at his restaurant today! His pasta is the best pasta I've had in Southern California, and I often buy it to gift to family. Today, we tried the Cacio e pepe, puttanesca, and calabrese ?piadina (like a pizza). All the food was delicious, and we especially liked the cacio e pepe. Also wanted to mention that everything was well-priced since I'm used to paying $20-$30 for pasta dishes. Will definitely go back in the future!

The pizza was absolutely delicious!! We got the meatballs too. Even better. Next time trying the pasta. Service super good too.

The pasta and service was amazing! Loved both of the items I got...the fettuccine bolognese was my favorite! Will be craving this and can't wait to go back to try the other items. Their pasta noodles ARE SO GOOD!

I really enjoyed this place. My wife and I both got different pastas and we split a calabrese pizza that the chef recommended. It was really good! Ingredients were super fresh, and overall quality was fantastic. Highly recommend!!
