Panera Bread

This was my first time at Panera!I would say that it was not what I expected haha I thought it was where they seat us at a table and come to take our order! But to my surprise they had kiosks for those who are much more comfortable ordering that way and you could order at the front with a cashier. I got half of grilled chicken avocado blt with extra sauce of the garlic and mayo! It was the right decision to add extra sauce. The bread was sourdough, the crust was a bit hard, but overall it was very good sandwich! And i got the bowl of Mac and cheese! Next time I want to try the broccoli cheddar soup! My husband got the bacon chicken something lol I can't recall the name of it. It tastes good and it reminded me of Costco chicken bake! I would say to add a sauce to the sandwich would be better. Thank for my first experience !

Frequently come here to pick up my Unlimited Sip Club beverages. I alway go to the kiosk to order and by the time i walk over to the to go area my drink cup is ready for pick up. It is always crowded at this location now since they closed a few other local Panera locations. Sometimes in the morning on the kiosk you can get a deal for $1 bagels and sometimes it is $2 pastries. So always order on the kiosk for these good deals. Sometimes these deals pop up but it isn't carried out at the end of the transaction so you have to talk to r he manager so see if he will honor this deal.

Worst service everThe operator is very mean No wonder they only have 2 start We order $ 100 of food. The bread bowl with soup is the smallest soup I ever had.Mostly bread, with a few bites of soup for $9.99 so we order an extra soup for$7.99 and spent total of $$18 + tax for a soup in a bread bowl.Sad!!!!

Stopped by Panera Bread for a quick lunch. Service was friendly and efficient, which was a plus. The chili was decent - hearty and flavorful, but I was hoping for a bit more of a kick. My latte was just okay, nothing special. Overall, a serviceable meal but not the most memorable experience.

It was Busy on a Saturday morning. We ordered on the app and our food was ready in around 20 minutes. Delicious Italian sandwich and French onion soup.

Panera always a good place to go for a quick and healthy meal! I've been to this location several times, and the food is typically pretty good. Will usually get a sandwich and soup. Their soups with a side baguette for dipping is probably my most fave thing ever. This with a Sammy or salad really hits the spot. The service is pretty quick. Overall, they have machines and text messaging to let you know when the food is ready. No one really greats you when to go get the food, so that was a little awkward, but it's all good. The restaurant itself could be a little cleaner, there were some dirty tables/floors, etc. but think the night we went it was a little slower, so they may have just been a little behind. I would recommend eating in if you can, I feel like the in dining portions are always more hearty!

Food at Panera is always good with lots of healthy options. However, this location needs better management oversight. 1:30 pm on Sunday and this place was packed with people hanging out or studying in the dining room for long period. There were only three tables available, all dirty. When I came in there was no one taking order. After waiting for a while, I ordered from the kiosk, then looked around for a table and couldn't find any clean one. At that time the sales clerk came back, so I asked him to help get someone to clean the tables and got a rude response, "no", then after a long pause, "they are on break". A few minutes later I asked the food prep staff and they said they were busy but would send someone. In the mean time, there were staff members in uniform hanging around the dining room, not cleaning tables of course. It cracked me up to see someone from another table ordered to-go food at Chipotle and sat down to eat at Panera, while having his laptop on. He must have been there for a while.
