I'm still dreaming of the almond croissant I bought there. I also really enjoyed the recommended chicken mushroom crepe even though I don't normally like crepes. Maybe it was the creamy sherry sauce or the chunks of chicken or the big slices of mushrooms, it was just yummy and the arugula side salad was generous with diced beets which was a nice addition to the sliced tomato. It's in an office complex which was a surprise at first, but the parking is validated and it's pleasant to sit in the late afternoon because you won't hit the morning rush of office workers.

We've picked up things to go a few times and really liked the bakery items so we decided to eat here today, Sunday at about 10am. This place will always be very crowded on Saturday and Sunday...this area is very big on breakfast and they have competition with OEB just several doors down and on Sat-Sun they are both packed and waiting in line.Pandor is decidedly french bakery influence.SERVICE - you stand in line and the menu on the ceiling above the registers is too small to read until you get very close and then when standing face to face with the person behind the counter the menu is far above your head and you have to step back to read it - not very convenient. The people behind the counter are harassed and not very friendly. The pressure of trying to deal with all the customers is clearly a major factor in how they feel and they clearly have little training. Nobody in this place was actually friendly - just curt, harassed, and suffering. Of course the heritage of the french chef is the guy who says, "Of course you will enjoy it...this is the best you'll ever have in your miserable life and you'll like it...don't even think about asking for changes...you will like it the way I make it." They bring your food to the table but if anything is missing you need to be ready to say something quickly because after that, no revisits...you're on your own. We were missing a croissant we ordered and getting it cold was a major challenge - forget about warming it. You must also find the counter to get your salt and pepper, extra napkins, sauce. And if you want ketchup for your potatoes, get ready to stand at the counter a long time.AMBIANCE - tables are very close together and the space is very loud. Space to walk through tables - isles - are not really wide enough and many people have to wait while others seat themselves - some chairs have to move to accommodate others trying to get through. Space between tables barely allows room to get yourself into an empty table. Things are better outside but if it's cold or windy, that isn't a good option. No heaters makes this a good summer spot but not winter.FOOD - the menu is very broad and offers a lot of very creative and enticing choices. We tried the eggs Benedict but the eggs came not done to our liking and we had to send them back. add 15 minutes. The ham Benedict was either very exotic ham or it was salmon...it looked more like salmon than ham....we ate the eggs and passed on the ham-salmon. We also tried the French Burrito - liked that very much...the "tortilla" is more like a crepe and that was a definite improvement over a tortilla. The chocolate croissant didn't show up so we had to go chase it down...it was cold so we just skipped it all together. And the Cappuccino arrived very late in our meal...they put it on the counter and yelled our name...it took a while for us to hear that call over the din of a very noisy restaurant. The baked items are excellent and the breakfast items are "spotty" but mostly good. We'll try this one more time during the week when they have alot more time and see if it changes.THE BILL - we paid $48.72 for a breakfast for two which included an "egg shortage" fee of $3.

Unfortunately I will never be back to this location. They were out of a lot of items and the items are served differently than all over locations (no fries or potatoes on side of panini) and they don't take large bills? $50, $100 not acceptable? I get it a new location but it's been 6 months, but the entire staff, except manager, seemed super confused for some reason?? While they all stand behind the register talking together, my order was just sitting there for minutes. They expected me to get up while I was the ONLY one in the entire place doing work on my laptop. My table was dirty so I cleaned it myself before sitting. Lastly the parking validation machine was broken so I had to speak to the security to open the gate for me and explain to him the situation. The stars are for the sitting and ambience since it was nice and looked new... other than that 0

It's a hit or miss experience every time I stop by this location. Historically, their bakery goods and beverages have been good. However, their sandwiches and other food items are okay at best.Their lines can be very slow, even when the line isn't long and it takes a noticeable amount of time before your order is ready.

This is a tasty French-themed bistro in the Lakeshore Centre office complex. It's definitely a popular place, especially in the morning for coffee and other drinks. They have paninis, crepes, French onion soup, and lots of other different boutique sandwiches and iced teas, among other options. They don't have fountain drinks, and sell bottles and cans of other options. The décor is modern and clean, similar to the rest of the complex. Service is usually pretty good, though it can be a bit on the slower side when things get busy because everything is made to order. It can get a bit pricey but that's not uncommon for the area. Worth a stop if you're in the mood for a sandwich or other to-go type food.

A friend of mine and I were in the mood for some sweet treats and caffeine on Thursday 12/26/24 so we visited Pandor. Pandor is located at The Market Place in Irvine (by Lifetime Fitness). There are designated spots for Pandor in the garage adjacent to the bakery. You can validate for up to 3 hours. The parking spot is only good for 1-hour. I ordered the lavender honey latte, my friend just got a drip. We shared the Oreo cheesecake and a pineapple croissant. I really wanted the affogato - but the barista said they have a lot of items on their menu which they don't offer at this location. Kind of bummed about that. Maybe design a custom menu for this location if some items aren't offered here?Other than that, great spot to meet up for coffee, get some work done or just enjoy some sweet treats.

Quite disappointed with my trip to this location today. I can understand the busyness of the lunch rush, however given this location already has a limited menu, it's quite ridiculous that they are unable to serve any fresh hot sandwiches or crepes. The convenience of having this cafe near the many offices but not being able to provide hot lunch is honestly unacceptable. I don't plan on coming back again.

I came here for a quick coffee after my workout. I enjoyed a delicious Vietnamese iced coffee, and my boyfriend had a cold brew, both of which were excellent. The bakery provides ample indoor and outdoor seating and free Wi-Fi, which is convenient. However, they were understaffed with only 2 people working which led to a 15 minute wait time for our coffee. They have a no pet policy which they are strict on.

I stayed at the restaurant for two hours and had an almond croissant, hot americano, cafe latte, and Cinnamon Twist Pastry . My friend paid for the meal. After eating, I scanned my parking ticket for validation. When I left the parking lot after saying goodbye to my friend, I expected the parking fee to be free since I stayed for less than three hours. However, I was charged $18 before the gate would open.In such cases, it's important to double-check whether the parking validation was successfully applied. My parking ticket was already inside the machine, so I had no choice but to either turn my car around and go back to the restaurant or visit the parking office. However, there were cars lined up behind me, so I had no option but to take this as a valuable lesson and move on.Moreover, when I scanned the parking ticket, it even made a beep sound.I thought the validation was successful. There's no way to confirm it until inserting the ticket into the validation machine near the parking lot exit.Everyone, make sure to check your parking validation!
