Service at pickup was nice and the place looked clean but the food just wasn't good. It wasn't fresh, felt like it had been sitting for a while. I had ordered the a large plate 3 entrees and half and half. The rice and chow was stale beef broccoli and orange chicken was decent . The kung pao had no kick to it. Probably wouldn't come back to this location

I ordered two plates and a side of chow mein on my panda app today went to the store pick up my food went home and as i was start eating my food i noticed that i was missing on item on one of my plates (orange chicken) that was really sad, i had issues before like small portions or little things but missing food wow thats a first one, they were really busy but i dont think thats an excuse.

My order was burn the chowmein and the orange chiken what a bad experience and my chilis too they were burn

Love the food always fresh and delicious every time we have a craving for Chinese food we come here if in a rush and want fast food. Give them try every dish is delicious!!

Came here to use my Lunar New Year Scratcher that I received through email. It was to redeem a free Premium upgrade. This location is always so crowded so I waited in line for at least 10 minutes on weekday at 5pm. The employees were very nice, one even opened the door for me as soon as I entered and the one plating the containers was very nice. I got the Bigger Plate which was 3 items and a side of Chow mien and Fried Rice to go with it. I got the Honey Walnut Shrimp which is the Premium entree, Honey Sesame Chicken Breast, and Beijing Beef. The Beijing beef was practically empty and it didn't look like much so I asked if I could get the new batch. I waited probably another 10minutes so I was already hoping that it better be worth it since I already waited too long for the food. My beef finally got replaced and I hurried home cuz I was hungry. I probably ate too much too fast cuz I didn't feel well but I was eager to eat it! Everything was good and I would definitely recommend all the items I got. The rice was a bit hard at times so I don't know if it wasn't cooked but for the most part it was good. I don't go here often so it's only when I get a craving and they do have some other good items I like and it's healthy too, I usually get their grilled chicken and veggies.

Location has improved under new management. Food Yakut, and with taste is much better on my last visit.

Definitely wouldn't recommend this location. The staff is rude and I saw a staff member on her phone then go straight to helping people on the food line. Pure disgusting!!!!! No washing hands or anything.

First visit at this location and what I noticed most was how welcoming the staff is. The group of women working the 12pm lunch rush on 07/06 were very cheerful and answered customer questions kindly and with a smile. Service alone would make me a return customer.I usually opt for mom and pop chinese to-go places because prices are lower and the food quantity you receive is much greater; but I was close by and the chow mein at Pandas are better than the to-go places. Fortunately, I had a rewards coupon for 25% off, so it offset the price for my two, two item entress a good amount.

Make sure you check your order, ordered 3 item combo and barely received scoops of food, worse than chipotle
