Panda Express

Not sure why the rating here is so low. I am not a Panda Express regular. I visited yesterday thanks to my bro who gave me his T-Mobile reward.The line set up is organized and clear. There were 2 lovely ladies handling the flow. Kind, attentive and quick service.I ordered their new spicy sizzling shrimp bowl. It was quite good. The coating on the shrimp was nice and crispy and crunchy. The spice level was 7 out of 10.This location is in the lower level food court/atrium of Fashion Island shopping center.

I ordered for take out and made a mistake: I deviated from the usual orange chicken/ beef and broccoli situation. I instead ordered a mushroom chicken bowl ($10.75).While the chow mien usually comes a little greasy and the fried rice can be a little dry, those are things I wholeheartedly accept because it's Panda Express. However my entree choices usually mitigate the mediocre. Today I ended up with a very bland mushroom chicken situation which made for a sad, sad lunch. To add salt to the wound, the mushroom chicken situation was also a slimy situation. Today was not the day for this Panda Express.

I love Panda Express very much. It is one of my favorite Chinese places. It's actually pretty good.

Ordered takeout to go from here: they packed it in a cute container so easy to hold everything. Got the family meal with broccoli, fried rice, chicken mushroom, new steak entree and green beans chicken. Minus a star because she forgot to include the fortune cookies.Otherwise freshly made and containers were nicely packed and full.

the food is good like expected to be in every panda express. the service isint that good though i've been going there for a while and some of the workers always are annoyed and passive aggressive with their attitudes

Can't understand why rate so low.This is my second time come this panda, can't even wait to take a photo.The food is delicious and the lady's in side is very friendly.

Food tasted great and tasty and right amount of spice and flavorful. However needs more vegetables. Overall good! Would recommend trying it

Not sure why this place has such a low rating but it's a great place for quality foodWe ordered a large catering order for my kids school to celebrate the Lunar New Year and the service was great. I think Dawn was the manager and even rolled out my food to my car.The food was hot, perfectly cooked. They definitely didn't skimp on protein just because we were a catering order.Veggies weren't over cooked either. I was really pleased with how fresh and good quality everything was.Highly recommended for a catering/group order/group event!

I thought I would give it another try since I'm there all the time and its so convenient. It was So horrible. I will never, ever, never go there again.I asked for extra soft broccoli. 'PLEASE' boil the broccoli extra soft.No, the whole beef broccoli was over cooked.There should be the requirement: In order to work the front, you must speak and understand English.I Hate being Pissed Off. Negative 100 STARS.Also they still use paper plates and the sauce leaks right thru it. Plates contaminate the food and leach the chemicals onto it. Gross

I went on my lunch break to grab a bite to eat. I was rudely spoken to by bill. I ordered a plate and he gave me barely any food for 16 dollars I could of gone somewhere else. Never will be back because of him.
