I ordered Panda Express for my mom and her caregiver this evening as they were craving Chinese cuisine. They had the orange chicken, beef and broccoli and mushroom chicken with rice and chow mein. The delivery service was spot on and the ambiance in mom's cozy home with a view of the mountains nearby. Highly recommended.

Probably 3.5 stars but being generous. I've been coming here a couple years now and honestly, if you understand these kind of pre made quick take out Chinese joints you know they all pretty much will be consistent. Nothing here will ever wow me, or even make me feel like I'm going to be chowing down on some real authentic Chinese food. What you will get is decent food, at a good price and always pretty quick. The Beijing Beef is my fave, but as many others, you will find Orange Chicken on my plate. The chow mein is mostly cabbage nowadays, not sure if it's a cost thing, but you won't be getting a lot of noodles. I opt for white rice instead of fried rice, just a preference for me. I've had many different items and I am always satisfied. It's good, quick and relatively cheap, so you can't go wrong. The staff is always super nice as well. Worth the trip.

Came here on a Saturday night and was nicely greeted by the staff as I walked in. I had place an online order and the pickup time was 7:25 pm. As I got in, I noticed that it was already ready by 7:22 pm, so good timing. I went to the front, saw my order and picked it up to go back home. There was literally no one in the restaurant except for me so it was pretty quiet, but nothing beats the comfort of home. I got home and opened up my 2 plates. One had the orange chicken/chicken string beans with chow mien. The other had beef and broccoli/mushroom chicken. I would have given this place 4 stars because everything was good except they gave me very little string beans and chicken. I was surprised by how much beef in the beef and broccoli they gave me. Everything else was standard and cooked well, which is more than I can say from the Panda Express in Cypress. Overall, good meal, so walked away happy.

Ok I hate leaving NEGATIVE reviews but here I go . I went there last week on the way home with my mom in the car and she was craving Panda Express so we stopped on 8/16 at 4:06 :06 pm and Samantha C served me to make up two plates - one being a one entree and the second a two entree .The first was : 1 Panda Bowl they call it - Chow Mein x 2 MUSHROOM CHICKEN -MAIN ENTREE Second Entree : Mine -One PlateChow Mein x 2Honey Walnut ShrimpHoney Sesame Chicken Cheese Ragoons X -2Panda Express Donation Total Paid $27.30We got home a 10 min drive to find the plate with One Entree only had the two sides of chow Mein no main entree and that was REALLY DISAPPOINTING when you paid $8.40 for the dinner - your not wanting just CHOW MEIN. I tried calling the restaurant 5 times and the phone goes to their Voicemail and they will NEVER RETURN YOUR CALL OR NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONE . What is wrong with this STORE ??????I personally live about 20 mins away but I have my receipt still and will go by there one day next week to get my money back as I now don't want the dinner after all this . I was willing to drive back and get another plate but since they can never return a call ever - I am requesting my refund .This is not ok and yes accidents happen but please just return one's call after all of this . Had the family bundle with orange chicken, beef and broccoli, and honey walnut shrimp with rice. It was delicious. I feel that the noodles could've been a bit fresher but I still really enjoyed the meal. I'd try this place again. Overall, very good.

They do not start the mobile orders until you get there and then they put the walk in customer ahead of the order. I waited and they forgot to start it and I had to ask them again ten minutes after I told them I was there. So 16 minutes after it was time for the order. They are slammed but maybe the company needs to turn off mobile ordering if you have to wait twice as long as the people in the line.

I like Panda Express, and this is not a review about their food and service although that could be improved also. It has to do with their app and POS and how it functions. I used the T Mobile deal that must be ordered online. Seems that the order section of the app has a section on it to provide special instructions about to order. I did this and when I got to the restaurant the order was not according to my special request. Seems that this special request section on the app does not get communicated to the staff. They only see if you want condiments. Not sure why the IT department cannot correct this problem. Seems that the staff knows about it, and it is not a recent problem. The staff did not seem concerned. I finally talked them into correcting to issue but what a hassle. Management needs to look at this issue and train the staff on how to properly respond when this comes up. Speaking on IT issues their gift card reader rarely works so the numbers have to be entered manually. This has been going on for at least a couple of years.Please fix these issues
