Panda Express

I mobile ordered and came when my order was ready. I was so excited to eat this at home only to find my order was wrong. :( I'll still eat it but I wish I got my broccoli beef.

Came here for lunch today and experienced very rude service particularly from the manager, Ana. When it was my time to order I asked a few questions regarding the food and was immediately turned down and felt rushed to order. On top of that, I wanted to try the black pepper steak as there is an upsell price on it, but was told no, with no explanation. Soo not only was Ana rude but the restaurant now misses out on a higher customer sale. And I can only imagine how many other people she is rude to, while losing the restaurant money in the process.

This is my Panda Express spot in South OC. It's Americanize Chinese food. It's one of the better Panda spots. I do wish they weren't stingy with their portions, but they have to control their food levels because they have a profit to make. You are definitely not going to get your plate packed here.The service is also fast and friendly. They get you in out pretty quick. Pro tip: order through the app and your food will be ready when you get there and you get free food using their rewards program.This Panda is always clean. Restrooms are decent. It's weird that you need a code to use it for a decent neighborhood.

Took a little break from renovation. We were hungry. Ordered a big plate (3 entrees). It was enough for the two of us. The Kongpao Chicken was good. Good service as well.

Life is too short for bad Chinese food. I know this, and yet I still ordered food to go from here the other day.Unfortunately I can't comment on the service or ambiance, as hubby picked up our food to go. I ordered the orange chicken with 1/2 chow mein and 1/2 rice. First of all, the orange chicken was not orange and nor did it taste like orange chicken that I've had from other Chinese restaurants. The worst part is that I could barely taste the chicken. All I could really taste was the fried chicken skin and the glazed sauce on it. The chow mein was also weak. It was basically noods with cabbage. And the rice was unfortunately dry.I've learned my lesson and will not grub on bad Chinese food again.

Karen has the best customer service and her attention to detail is everything. I like how she is willing to help 10/10 experience

HORRIBLE SERVICE!! Not sure why we keep returning, but even the managers are bad. Went last night (11/2) to try a new "Spicy" Bourbon chicken they have (not spicy really). We cannot have sesame seeds due to a medical condition. Asked the manager, David, if we can get an order without the seeds. He said "no we have to follow exactly how they say to cook it". We have never had an issue another locations mind you, only this one. He was talking down to us and then finally said "fine, just this one time". They do realize many places can just add sesame seeds after it's cooked right? No reason to be rude to the customer. Besides, you had to make a fresh order as the one, sad looking portion that was sitting out for what looked like forever, needed replacing. The dish itself was just "mediocre". We also got the black pepper chicken. Got home and noticed we both only had 2 very small pieces of actually chicken. The rest was 95% celery, and a huge amount of onions. Don't sell it as "black pepper chicken" if you aren't going to put any in it. Call it "black pepper celery onion". Funny thing is, when I looked at reviews for this location when we got home, someone said the same thing about the same dish. Smoke parking. Store itself is usually somewhat dirty when we go in. Staff is not friendly, especially manager David.

Food was terrible. Pepper chicken was more like pepper onions, hardly any chicken. Very poor quality.

Food is definitely fresh. The only issue is the fried rice is literally fried rice with no soy. Please get better. Thanks!

I only giving it an extra star cause the staff is coolBut them noodles idk who making them but it's 85% vegetables and 15% noodles ONLY Panda Express that does that they trying to ration the chow mein like come one don't be stingy with it Keisha throw in them noddles it's chow mein not veggie mein anyways hopefully this reaches the right people and they make a change cause if not ima have to sue for emotion damage
