First of all, I want to say that they have some good bread but OVER PRICED!! I have gotten the same bread and the same amount and every time I go it's different the total. They also round up 25 cents. They just charge whatever they want. The lady is rude and they close earlier than the time they say it's closing time. The lady just on her phone.

I have been at this bakery a few times since is on my way home, even know the cashiers are all rude and every time I buy the same kind and amount of bread they all give me different prices sometimes I pay $4.50 sometimes I pay $5.50 and one time just been curious I told one of the cashiers who charged me less why they keep charging different amounts and she just smile and said I don't know! But today I ask the cashier a question about a bread and she was on her phone and she ignored me I ask one more time and she didn't even look up, by the third time I raise my voice and she looked all mad at me and said "Nooo" so I said "thanks" and proceed to pay, the cashier give me a nasty look and instead of giving me my change back on my hand or on the counter she just threw the money on the same tray where we carry our bread!!!! DISGUSTING!!!!! Last time I stop at this place!!!!

The best crossaints filled with ham, jalapeno and cream cheese!! The tortas are delicious, bread is so soft and fresh.The coffee is also good.

Here is why I am giving a 3 star review. I came here to order a large number of conchas. When I did the calculations it was over off by $4 I asked why and she said she charges for the boxes. I was like so put it in bags. That's stupid! Be careful this place will steal your money if your not careful

Compré una rebanada de pastel estaba muy viejo y duro también una rebanada de pan de chocolate igualmente viejo y duro nunca más vuelvo a comprar ahí qué pena que traten a sus clientes de esa manera

Overpriced bread Didn't feel welcome Stop by because it was next to the party store Lady seem bothered when we ask a question , very rude Do not recommend There are other bakeries

I went here thinking it was a good idea quick in and out for a bday cake.. but ended up having to pick and carry my own cake from the freezer and place it on the counter for her to package it ."Usted agarre lo con todo y charola" " you get the cake along with the tray too"which isn't what you do when you want to give good customer service and bring in more clientele but then I ask politely if she can write happy birthday or put something on it and she looked at me with a blank stare and said "No no puedo no hacemos eso" "No no I can't we don't don't do that" .. then we ask for the ending price and just puts her hand out without saying a word and we bring the bill closer and she grabs it without ever saying the total amount we were being charged for ... ending total was 45 for a small cake when the previous time I was charged 35 for the same cake size and flavoringjust goes to show the attitude of the workers and their low standards

I give them a zero star review. Please save yourself the headache and don't come here. The teller is rude, bad attitude and more than anything the bread is EXTREMELY OVERPRICED!!! They charged $29.50 for 16 pieces of bread!!! I will be reporting them to the better business bureau due to the price gouging!

Horrible customer service high price for bread. 1.25 for a concha crazy and there bread is out on racks I've seen flies on bread there main bread should be inside closed doors rack it's out in open if you don't believe me look for flies it's all wide open and once I complained about there bread being to salty and she didn't like that I had to throw bread away they didn't even credit me or apologies stopped going there lady in front is rude very dirty place they don't keep up
