Great and much needed place. Ice cream flavors made me feel like I was in Buenos Aires. The guys working there are super attentive and helpful. Love the little tables outside so I can go with my dog too. And they have ice cream treats for dogs as well. Just the perfect place.

I was impressed with this unique and delectable artisan ice cream shop. It's located in an enormous shopping plaza so there is plenty of parking available. The interior is small with just a few chairs. When I walked in I was immediately greeted by a warm and friendly woman who I assume is an owner. I looked over the many offerings and had decided on two flavors when she derailed my mental choices by giving me a taste of their specialty - Dulce de Leche Pampas. I immediately decided I had to have more of that! The other flavor I chose was Coffee with Cognac. She was kind enough to let me have a taste of their Chocolate Pampas, a dark chocolate ice cream, which was the other flavor I was interested in (it was fantastic!) but I didn't think I could handle three of their large scoops in one sitting...so it'll have to wait for my next visit. The Dulce de Leche was incredible, made with Argentinian milk caramel. Dense yet creamy, this ice cream had a vivid, well-rounded caramel flavor. The Coffee with Cognac tasted just as it is named, the spirit giving this creamy treat the flavor of a dessert cocktail. The coffee flavor is made from South American coffee.Adding to this decadent, rich ice cream experience, I also added a warm churro with a gooey caramel center which she plunged into my cup of ice cream. I am not exaggerating in saying this might be the best churro I've ever enjoyed. Will I be back? Definitely. This place belongs in the top tier of ice cream shops in Orange County.

I had no idea that Argentina had its own type of ice cream, but I was educated today and it is incredible. The ice cream itself is more dense and elastic (I can't think of another way to describe it) than American or even Italian ice cream, and doesn't melt easily either. Their fruity flavors (like mango) are meant to be more like a sorbet, but it's still dense enough that it feels like it's normal ice cream even though it's vegan. The cherry on top are the employees/owner - walking in is like seeing a relative in a long time, and all they want to do is feed you and make sure you're taken care of. They offered us so many samples to try, and were so excited to make their own recommendations. Loved the flavor I got, but the dulce de leche is just *chef's kiss*. 10/10 recommend trying this place out!

We came across Pampas Helados while we were in South County. What a pleasant surprise and unique concept. I got to sample a few of their sorbets and ice creams which were very clean tasting and simple. However, I decided to go with the Mascarpone because I'm a fatty and I liked its richness and creaminess. I also tried their churro bites which were okay- 3 stars. The waffle cone though, was extremely fresh and crunchy and I really enjoyed that. The prices were a little steep and the scoop was a little small. However, the owner was very nice. This place is female owned and the inside is very cute and nicely decorated with the Argentinian soccer team jersey, etc. They also offer catering and they also have vegan flavors. Happy eating!

If you're looking for a unique ice cream flavor and great service this is the place for you! The ice creams are Argentinian flavors and are creamy and delicious. The dulce de leche was my absolute favorite. And their waffle cone tastes unbelievable, almost like a gourmet cookie. The staff are kind, friendly and funny. They generously let us try multiple flavors since they were all new to us. There are 2 tables outside. Highly recommend!

Unique flavors, cute shop, and just amazing service! Not ashamed to say that I have had this gelato twice this week since discovering it. Each time the ladies were so nice and patient in explaining the flavors to us. The texture of each gelato I tried was super creamy and smooth (aka none of that clumpiness you would get from regular ice cream). I ended up getting mint and chocolate the first time around, very light and refreshing. Then the second time around, we got the popular flavor dulce de leche and cookies and cream. Does not dissapoint, try out the flavors and pick one to your liking! There was a sign near the register saying that they are going to work on churros next, so I can't wait!
