Hands down the best Hookah lounge I've ever been to. Tracie is super hospitable, she knows her shisha, and her hookahs are all top notch. I couldn't ask for more. The vibe is super indicative of the type of establishment. The customers are always chill, respectful, and mostly friendly.

I've been to dozens of lounges, but without a doubt, Palmz is on a whole other level. I loved it here--everyone was so kind and welcoming, and I immediately felt at home. The hookah was phenomenal; they are true artists and extremely knowledgeable. I can't wait to be back. Palmz was the highlight of my trip to California. Tracy and Ryan have made a lifelong customer out of me.

Such a hidden gem!!! Randomly came across this amazing hookah spot and I absolutely love the vibe and ambience. Was greeted right away by Ryan who was super nice and friendly! hookah came out really quick and wow it is so smooth didn't have to wait long, very clean spot. Definitely coming back again.

This is my favorite hookah spot in all of orange county. Great vibe. Amazing customer service. Coals are refreshed every 20 min or so. Great proves on hookah and refills. They open at 3pm and have outdoor seating with firepots when it's cold. Look for the palm trees. They have a happy hour with reduced hookah prices. Tracy the owner is very accommodating and kind.

This place is a vibe. Came here tonight with friends, called ahead and spoke to Ryan, asked a few questions about the spot which he was happy to answer so we decided to stop by. He did tell us ahead of time that there was no alcohol served or allowed in so pregame before you get here and just enjoy the vibes, music on multiple screens and hookah. They also have games to play. Nice ambiance and very clean and the decor is nice as well. Ryan did mention you can bring food in just no outside drinks but a water bottle is fine. All in all, we had a good time. Will definitely be back and I recommend coming here.

Great service, owner is amazing and ambiance is great. Easy to reach off the Fwy. Plenty of seating, does get full later on weekends. A non-Arab owner, no annoying music and American ambiance! They have the fights and sports generally playing and board games inside too. drinks and basic snacks Highly recommended
