This bakery offers a delightful selection of both French and Persian pastries, including cakes, tarts, cookies, and the excellent cannolis. In addition to these treats, they serve a variety of coffee options, such as Turkish coffee, cappuccino, and other coffee drinks. The customer service is top-notch, and the bakery boasts great parking outside, a diverse range of offerings, and a clean, organized environment that is both neat and welcoming. However, one area for improvement is the pricing. There are no visible prices listed, and it's unclear how the total cost is calculated. It would be much easier for customers if each item had a price tag, ensuring a smoother and more transparent checkout experience. Overall, it's a fantastic bakery with a Persian flair that's definitely worth a visit.

I placed an order with this facility using doordash and was called shortly after the order was placed by a very rude woman who informed me that the order was ready for pick up and that I needed to come at once to pick it up. I informed her that the order was a delivery order and that a doordash delivery driver would pick it up soon to which she claimed it was not and that if I did not come pick it up right away that they would cancel my order and still charge me. I offered to come pick it up but mentioned it wouldn't be until a bit later as I am working and she said no and hung up... Pretty shocking interaction, I then confirmed with doordash it was scheduled to be picked up by a delivery driver in about 20 minutes so I returned a call to her to inform her that it would be picked up soon but very poor customer service again. The lady on the phone is an excellent example of why this place has poor ratings I'm sure. Happy Holidays you rude old hag.

Palace Bakery, an establishment with a two-decade history of crafting delectable pastries, cookies, breads, cakes, baklava, and other confections, unfortunately falls short in terms of transparency regarding its pricing structure. While the quality of certain offerings is undeniably exceptional, the overall value proposition is undermined by the enigmatic cost of individual items.Particular commendation is due to the baklava, a masterpiece of balance and texture. The phyllo, crisp and ethereal, is generously adorned with crushed pistachios, and the sweetness is restrained, a welcome departure from the often saccharine renditions. The Persian cookies, too, were a delightful surprise.Among the pastries, the pistachio variety stands out as a paragon of its kind. The pistachio cream filling is rich and indulgent, elevating it above its peers. The cheesecake, with its homemade character, is likewise commendable. While the remaining pastries were satisfactory, they did not achieve the same heights. The pricing, however, presents a significant challenge. Pastries and cake slices are a hefty $20 per pound for purchases exceeding six items, while cookies command $18 per pound. Baklava, a premium offering, is priced at $23 per pound. This pricing scheme is both unconventional and exorbitant. It is regrettable that patrons are compelled to inquire about the cost of individual items rather than finding this information readily displayed. In conclusion, while Palace Bakery undoubtedly possesses the culinary acumen to produce exceptional pastries, its pricing strategy detracts from the overall experience.

I was craving for baklava today so I went here to give it a try. I got 2 roll baklava - with almonds filling and it was not fresh. It was s old and soggy. $6 for old baklava. I was disappointed. Not going back that's for sure. Lady there was not nice at all, there were no pricing displays so I ask what are the pricing ? Do sell by ea or by pounds? She said it depends. Depends? Depends on the weather? Please put pricing on your Pastries so we don't have to ask. Any case I'm not coming back .

I think I have a new favorite bakery. Sweetest lady behind the counter and it was nice to learn about the history of the place. The pastries were so fresh and simply delicious Can't wait to go back and try the baklava too.

We tried it for the first time and it was definitely worth checking out, despite the construction going on in the shopping center. The woman helping us was so kind, friendly and helpful. The mocha cake and the raspberry chocolate mousse cake were so fresh, moist and delicious. Wow! It was the perfect way to celebrate a special Birthday!

So the first time I came here, the cannolis were absolutely superb. Fresh, flaky, and the sweet cheese/cream inside was so fresh.Fast forward many visits later, I still absolutely LOVE the cookies, but I haven't been able to time the fresh cannolis correctly. This place isn't cheap, but we pay for quality. You cannot go wrong with the raspberry rings!
