Pretty good Korean fried chicken place. When you order "sauced, mild" that is the same level as good old "sweet n spicy" level = YangNyeom that every Koreans know.So just be aware of the spicy level cuz if you order online, it doesnt explain much details. The taste wise, it's really good.I say it's better than its predecessor Love Letter. The new store w new owner knows how to make the sauce better. The fried chicken also seems to be using better oil than its neighbor bbq chicken. If you would like clean after taste, and yummy fried chicken, i recommend this place over bbq chicken.

We got the spicy cheese chicken here for $20. The chicken pieces were crispy and not dry, but the flavor was different from what I had expected. It tasted more like a spicy cheese chicken pizza without the pizza dough than spicy cheese chicken from other Korean restaurants. It's missing the gochujang and spice, but still made for a good meal though.

If you've never tried Korean pizza, then you need to go to this place located inside H Mart in Irvine on Alton. Tried the potato and the bulgogi/potato pizza. Both were absolutely delicious. The pizzas were full of flavor and the crust is tasty. This is a must try if you've never had this type of pizza.

Love Letter Pizza & Chicken is located in the H Mart in the Diamond Jamboree Plaza. Parking can be a challenge, however, there is a parking structure in the back. There isn't an abundance of tables and seats and restrooms are in the far right corner. I had to ring the bell to get attention as there was no one in the front. Customer service wasn't exactly friendly nor was he rude, he wasn't really passionate about being there either. We placed our order for bulgogi pizza, mozzarella sticks and garlic popcorn chicken. Out of everything we ordered, the mozzarella sticks was our fave. I wouldn't crave anything else.

Finally get to try the infamous Love Letter pizza. I did not disappointment. Tried the Bulgogi and Potato pizza today and just requested "no ham" so it won't conflict with the Bulgogi flavor. The Beef was good, a little under seasoned. All the other veggies were tasty and cooked well. The special white sauce, I believe is just mayo or QP, because of its sweetness. A little out of the box for traditional pizza but love a good spin on classics. The dough was fresh and soft, well baked. The store front was a little underwhelming, but the cashier made up for it. He was friendly and gave us good recommendations. Needs a little bit of rebranding or just more simplistic decor. Looks a little cluttered and trying to give you too much information. Would def return for the pizza but not the ambiance, ate my pizza in the car as the H Mart smells like fish as soon as you come in.

The sweet potato filled crust is extra but it's a must. Tbh I wish they sold just the crust with the filling. The pizza itself it thin and when you pick it up everything falls off. I tried cutting it with a knife but that was no help either. It's still yummy and I would go back. The server was nice and helpful. I would recommend calling and picking up to avoid any waiting.

The spicy bugolgi pizza is my favorite! It's the closest Korean pizza place near me and pretty authentic~~ There's only 1 cashier so it's best to call or order online and then pick up for takeout because it takes a while for the pizza. Or you can order first in person and then grocery shop while you wait.

First off the chicken here is pretty good! The flavors are great but I'm always a fan of the original. Original is always crispy and juicy. I've gotten the popcorn chicken here but I would suggest to sticking to the real wings/drumsticks etc. I also had my first experience with korean pizza and I enjoyed it. It was sweet and tasty. I do think that style of pizza isn't for everyone though so keep that in mind! The sweet potato pizza was overall good but I do wish it had a bit more sausage on it. Service is pretty quick and if you ever need suggestions ask him. It's located in the corner of HMart and the food court doesn't get too busy so it's usually a nice place to sit down and eat.

Unique pizza, dreamed up with korean flavors! After keeping this place saved in my bookmarks, we finally decided to try it out today. Love letter is a small storefront located inside the H Mart at Diamond Jamboree. You can order ahead online or by phone, and the service is friendly, and the associate was helpful with suggestions and what's popular. My family shared a large bulgogi potato pizza, which had a white drizzle, which tasted like kewpie mayo. They load the pizza with toppings, this one included corn, bell pepper, onion, and tomato sauce. At first, it didn't make sense. The combination had great elements. Everything was well cooked, but it's not like any pizza you'd ever expect. But the second slice got me! It's not supposed to be any other pizza. It's supposed to be completely unique, and it's actually really good. The crust, sauce, cheese, and toppings are all well cooked and delicious. I was surprised how small and tucked away the storefront was when we arrived, but it's was a good adventurous bite. I've heard good things about their wings so we will be back!

We've never had Pala food before but had a good experience at another location under the previous name LL, I think in La Habra some years ago. We ordered the combo with pizza and chicken. We enjoyed the spicy Bulgogi pizza. The chicken had a good flavor and the rice cakes included were a nice surprise. One thing we were not happy with was the type and quality of chicken pieces. It was like part of the spine, and there was barely any meat on it. My suggestion is just to go with the wings and not the whole chicken pieces because they're not meaty pieces to enjoy. Several pieces were just bones and sparse meat that were not truly edible. And for the money spent, we were still a little hungry afterwards. There were three of us. We might return but so many other Korean chicken options nearby.
