Orange Inn

Food is hands down amazing... Their breakfast burger is lights out... you'll know this as soon as you pull up because there will be a line out the door and down the street if your not in the line before they even open... It is a small setting in a very busy area but if plan accordingly you can be in and out and just as blown away as I was... they also have home made cinnamon rolls that'll put you over the top with a fresh orange and pineapple drink that I promise you will be driving from where ever you are just to satisfy a craving you never knew you had...With love and aloha Kawai...

First time there will definitely be the last. Just wanted a coffee and a vegan treat. Asked the lady wearing the mask if there's anything vegan, she rudely said "the paper menu is to your left." Looking at their menu while standing at the counter was an absolute waste of time. Nothing was vegan, and she could have easily just told me that. So, I just got an organic coffee, I asked "no lid, please." The lady wearing the mask said "nope, gotta give you a lid if I place this on the counter." Which made no sense as I was literally standing right there and she could have just handed it to me. Not sure if the rude lady wearing the covid mask is the owner, but sheesh. The Orange Inn is not a friendly place. I regret giving them my business. Look elsewhere for coffee and food. There are much better places in the area without the rudeness. As for the coffee, I couldn't even finish it. Tasted bitter and burnt.

I live down the alley so I'm no stranger to Orange Inn for their pastries and delicious lunch options. This is a great spot to grab and go since the ocean is steps away so you can lunch with a view. Favorite things: chocolate croissant, almond croissant, breakfast burrito (I ask for extra salsa), chicken burger and the holiday turkey. The gluten free bread is great but it's very small compared to the other bread options which is unfortunate because you pay more for it but you get far less (it's the equivalent of 1/2 a sandwich vs a regular sized sandwich). If you're hungry that's not a good option.

Extremely mids...There was a hair on my potatoes. Food was bland. Smoothie was just like frozen fruit and ice... not sure, but it wasn't good. Coffee was meh service was fine, but the employees all seemed stressed and unhappy. If you lack taste buds it's fine. Glad I tried it, but not sure why people hype it up so much. Nothing stood out.

While strolling through Laguna Beach, we happened upon the orange Inn. It is a small place, and looking at the reviews, it looks like I can get rather busy. There were only two people ahead of us in line and just a few others already eating, so we must have timed it perfectly. And since it was breakfast time, we decided to try this place out. You order from the counter and then have a seat and they will bring you the food. I ordered a ham omelette and my guy ordered a steak burrito. Mine was brought to me and my guy had to wait for his. And wait...and wait. Finally, he went up and asked - apparently they gave his steak burrito to somebody else and had to remake it. While they were apologetic, it would've been nice to have been told this in the beginning. I was already done with my meal before he got his. Taste-wide, he felt it was rather bland. But the people were nice and the quality of food was good. I would probably come back again and give it another try.

We had the best breakfast, ordered breakfast burritos and croissants. Everyone working there was so attentive and kind. We're happy to support a family owned business

Cutest little place right off the highway! Stopped in to get a pastry and a milkshake and realized we stumbled into a historical landmark! Been around for 93 years, with fascinating photos posted on the walls. Cute place to do some work and then walk over to the beach

Ham and cheese croissant, absolutely stellar. Cappuccinos are also of quality. I feel at home here, nice cottage feel.

I found this place on Yelp and am very happy I did. It was just what I was looking for. It is an unfunny menu with basic options, something for everyone.The only issue I have is that it is not accessible. There is a giant step to get in and no handrail so I needed help getting in and out. Other than that it is an excellent choice if you're looking for basic food options. Staff is helpful and friendly.
