Our family had an incredible omakase experience that left me in awe. My husband and I were making a surprise event for my in laws 44th wedding anniversary. The chef's meticulous attention to detail in crafting each sushi piece showcased a true culinary artistry. Ted has his own signature sauce trays that brings delight to your mouth. Not only is he informative about all the dish, but also his witty personality just makes the experience phenomenal. The flavors were a symphony of freshness. Chef Ted came to my house and prepared omakase for 9 friends. He was punctual, professional, and most importantly, the food and experience were delightful. I highly recommend this homeakase service. He went above and beyond and brought all the items we needed to make it a very special event. This beats any omakase in a restaurant hands down, and the fish was all very high quality and incredibly tasty. He has amazing knife skills, incredible sauces, fresh Wasabi, and other fancy ingredients. I will definitely do this again soon.

Just had an awesome Omakase with Chef Ted. The food was so good we booked it again. This is highly recommended for anyone that wants to do a dinner at home for friends and family.The service even with our large group was exceptional well. The overall just a great experience!!!

We hired Chef Ted for my dad's 70th surprise dinner and it was a great experience. Ted drove to Long Beach on a super stormy day and even had a birthday gift for my dad. We had two people in our group who couldn't eat raw fish so he catered to them and had dishes ready for them on such short notice; he told us beforehand that he had tasters ready for the one person in the group who does not eat anything raw but he provided that person a full meal with something at every course, free of charge. Some of the dishes he made for the non sushi eaters were sea bass, mackerel, cooked wagyu beef sushi, and two types of cooked eel bowls. I got to try so many things I would never try on my own, such as monkfish liver, and I enjoyed it to my surprise. Everything was great quality and full of flavor. We chose the premium selection and had about 15 courses total for a very reasonable price. He even gave us all an extra course and gave my dad a few extra courses as a birthday treat. We were completely stuffed at the end of the meal. I would definitely recommend this unique experience. My parents were so touched by the surprise and it was by far the coolest meal I have had!

I was looking for something intimate and an experience for my boyfriend's birthday. We found chef Ted and the service from start to finish was incredible. Quick response times, very professional and extremely accommodating. The food was incredible, such a wonderful experience for us and the family. Chef Ted even explained what each dish was and some of the ingredients used. We will definitely book him again in the future for more special occasions.

An amazing, memorable experience that was perfect for my family. We have young kids and it's hard to go to nice restaurants. Chef Ted allowed us to experience fine dining and 5 star cuisine in the comfort of our own home.He brought all the equipment including dishes, which I appreciate since I don't have anything fancy to serve on.The sushi itself was of highest quality - we had 15 courses of amazingly prepared dishes including red snapper, bluefin tuna, a variety of smoked sushi dishes, and wagyu beef. Every dish was just a morsel of excellence.If you're looking for a memorable homeakase experience I'd highly recommend!

By the chance, I ate sushi made by Chef Ted with my friends.When we saw the sushi, our mouths watered because it looked so delicious.I put a piece of sushi in my mouth, and I was so ecstatic that I couldn't stop eating.I will have a great time with Chef Ted again when I get the chance.
