Got invited to dinner with my sister and her family who seem to frequent this restaurant. Parking was tight since it's a small stripe mall setting and most establishments were restaurants. Nevertheless, we found parking. Got seated with 15 minutes, not a problem. Service was great, sadly I forgot her name. But she was full of energy, attentive and friendly. I only took pictures of the appetizers and my meal. We had the 3 dips and grilled octopus to star with our Cabernet Savignon. We loved the grilled octopus so much we order another one. Highly recommended!The dips were great, could use more pita bread though. My steak kabob was accompanied with basmati rice with a little tzatziki sauce for on top and second side was tabouli. Steak was cooked well and tender. I'm glad I only ordered 1 kabob, I was enjoying the 3 dips and grilled octopus. If anyone is in the area, check this place out. Nothing fancy, but food is amazing! If you're in the Brea location, that location is newer and larger! Can't go wrong.

We were craving some Mediterranean food as we came back from our walk at the Wetlands - and Olive Pit was so close!Service was prompt and our server was excellent. The one thing I absolutely love here is their fried zucchini! My mouth is still watering thinking about them. The perfect blend of spices and crispness.Adding to this, we had a kabob plate with chicken and steak, and the Rocka salad with seared ahi tuna. Both were flavorful, delicious, and we especially loved the salad.Ambiance was typically of an elevated Mediterranean restaurant, nothing crazy

This is my absolute favorite Mediterranean restaurant...and I have pretty much been to them all! The food and the service both perfection! For sure you gotta start with the grilled octopus appetizer. It is amazing served with a flavorful but light sauce. The fried zucchini are also so so good! I've had almost everything here. There really isn't anything that I don't love! The wraps, the fish, and all of the kabobs, the steak, chicken, lamb...and I actually don't even like lamb, but I love it here! The humus, and all of the sides, especially the beer battered french fries, and then the best dessert here is the baklava ice cream. Everything is fresh and super delicious!

Pretty great! This is a causal Greek-Mediterranean spot with a friendly and relaxed ambience, lots of nice indoor seating and a small outdoor patio. I made a meal of a few appetizers: delicious flaky spanakopita, tangy eggplant dip, but the saganaki, while good, was a tad greasy for my taste. My friend enjoyed his chicken plate with 2 sides. Service was quite fast. Parking may be a little tight in the lot. I'll be back!

I came here with my boyfriend, he knows I love mediterranean food. From the moment we walked in, the ambience was so wonderful and calm. The hostess (Brittney) was upbeat, kind, knowledgeable and sweet. She talked us through the menu and was super patient while we decided. And the food... was amazing!! ( via photo.) No crumbs were left behind, literally. I will definitely be coming back, hungry for more!

10/10 Mediterranean food. Chicken was cooked perfectly. Not dry like the majority of places. Their fries were great as well. Lamb Flat bread pizza was delicious. Very unique and full of flavor. Will definitely be coming back and trying other dishes. Service and ambiance is great as well.

It used to be in my regular rotation but has been on decline. My last order was so bad that I am never eating here again. The Greek salad with chicken was crammed into a tiny box with pita which was soggy because it was packed too tightly. The chicken was very dry and flavorless. The potatoes were also bland. I work too hard for my money to waste it on this.

I love the Olive Pit! It is always a treat when I get to come here. The outdoor patio is perfect for a summer night. If it gets chilly, they can turn on heaters by request. The food is consistently delicious and high quality. I ate here the night before my marathon in October 2023 and my stomach and body reacted well to the food the next day!!The wait staff is always very friendly. They are welcoming at the check-in stand and will check on you during your meal an appropriate amount of times.

Server Brittany never fails to give us exceptional service! She goes above and beyond to make sure we feel welcome and get exactly what we want (and in a timely manner). The staff is great and the food is tasty.
