The in house DJ at Oga's is top notch. Could totally see him get poached for Vegas residency.

TO ALL THE PEOPLE LEAVING 1 STAR reviews Stop it this bar is not supposed to be a real bar, it's a short lived immersive experience that propels you into a Tattooine- like world for the 45 minutes you're allotted. The drinks are pre-batched but are actually really well done and balanced. I don't know what people expect out of this place, it's not a dining experience! There's a wide variety and options of drinks. Their snack board is amazing. The staff has always been nice and this is a MUST- SEE at Disneyland

This place is definitely over hyped. We made reservations and ordered the yub nub and the pretzels with cheese dip. It came out relatively quick. The pretzel was good. It was soft and the combination of it with the cheese made it taste a lot better. The drinks were mid. Not a lot of alcohol in my opinion.Ambiance is loud and you do share tables with people as well despite a reservations.

You're in Disneyland, looking for a Cocktail before 5PM...no problem my dear Yelp Review Reader head on over to theStar Wars Galaxy's Edge area where similar to on the Planet Batuu you'll recognize Oga's lookin at bit like the Mos Eisley Cantina (original Star Wars film). Although R-3X (Droid) is in the DJ's booth ...Oga Garra (Owner/Bartender) isn't present. You'll be mesmerized by the authentic feel/look of the establishment....as the Star Wars "eye-candy" themed atmosphere surrounds you. We had reservations and I would recommend them...standing outside forever in a long queue of Nerf Herders, Bounty Hunters, Smugglers, Rogues and unsavory Riffraff just isn't worth it...ya never know what could happen. It is said that there is a 45 minute time limit, but to be honest....I felt no "push" by Staff to enforce this time limit on our party. We were ushered to the bar itself...and claimed our spot right at the very center of the Bar's U Shaped Apex. (Nice spot) Ordering was easy after scanning the circular Menu. Alyce (Bartender) was nice enough to explain everything we needed to know and had knowledge of the Drinks being served, we thank her for her galactic customer service. Our order consisted of several Cocktails: a Takodana Quencher (5/5 - mighty "green", but yummy), a Yub Nub (4/5 - love the rum and citrus, looked like orange juice), a Fuzzy Tauntaun (5/5 - yellow, yummy and the "foam head" might surprise you), an Outer Rim (3/5 - least favorite at the table) and an order of the Garlic-Cheese Five Blossom Bread (5/5 - this was just plain YUMMY, if ya like that sorta thing). Terrific stuff , but then a restroom " break" was needed. Come to find out from the Cantina Staff...no restroom "in the house" , ya gotta go outside brother! What? Isn't a restroom required if you have indoor "seating" and for the price I'm payin! Evidently not on Batuu!Alrighty then...that cost ya the 5th Star. All in all though...on this occasion, in this Yelper's opinion, Oga's Cantina is a local Disneyland "Watering Hole" that comes "highly recommended" for a visit and this 4 Star review.

I made a lunch reservation on the Disneyland app since I was intrigued with their cantina. I was excited to try their drinks mostly and what it's like to be in a Star Wars environment. Although I have not watched all of the movies, I still wanted to experience this watering hole. We arrived and got in line to let them know that we had a reservation. We waited a couple of minutes before they took us inside. Once I entered, I immediately felt like I was transferred into another world. Disneyland always does a spectacular job with their decor and makes sure every single detail is executed. We were brought to a booth and there was already another party (2 other people) sitting there. It did feel a little awkward sitting with strangers, although I understand the concept. We were then asked to scoot down the once another party arrived. We felt a bit cramped and felt uncomfortable. The cantina is on the smaller side but it would have been better if there were booths for just 2 people instead of sitting with strangers. Overall, it was a cool to experience this type of cantina at least once at Disneyland. I do recommend making a reservation ahead of time on the app since there tends to be a wait.

Oga's CantinaWe tried the Coruscant Cooler which was strong but still had a nice balance of flavor. We also tried the Takodana Quencher and Yub Nub both had a good mix of alcohol and non-alcoholic components, so it tastes good going down.

This was my first time in this bar. It was definitely not what I expected! I have to say overall, this experience was totally not in my favor and this is why. First off, we had made reservations through the Disney app weeks before the day we arrived. The person at the check in kiosk was so rude! We had to follow up with a different person. And when we got into the bar, I spoke with the manager who then stated that she would handle the situation.Another thing about this bar is that you only get a 2 drink maximum and only 45 minutes maximum in the bar. This is why the line is so long outside, but patrons get in and out so fast. This was information that was not on the app. Another disappointing reason not to go here is that you have to sit or stand at a table with other patrons. Think of it as a communal type of environment. If you want to be around strangers you do not know, this is the place for you.We were seated at a table, then 15 minutes later the hostess, who was rude as well, sat a party of 5 with us. And another 3 people after that. So imagine, 10 people stuffed into a table that can barely fit 5 comfortably. It was not fun and we were so disappointed that we could not even enjoy the experience, whether it was the drinks or the food or even the ambiance. Because if we had known all of this we would've never made the reservations. The reservations are not even taken seriously, because we did not even get into the bar till almost 45 minutes after the check in time. I'm so disappointed in Disney at this point. Lastly, I wanted to share that if you have been walking around the park all day and expect this to be a sit down type of bar. It's definitely not a place to rest, You will either have to sit with people you don't know or stand with them. If I could give no stars for this establishment I would. Definitely not coming back to this bar!

This was by far the worst experience at Oga's I've experienced to date.We had a reservation for a group of 4. When we got seated at the shared booth, it was absolutely FILTHY with crumbs on the seats and a wet and sticky table. I wouldn't even place my phone on the table as it was very gross. The area clearly needed to be bussed before we were seated, but I guess hospitality is no longer a priority. Even the people we shared the booth with agreed when I said it was very dirty. Our server came and took our order without repeating it, and stated he would bring us water when he came back. He then dropped off the check, when we didn't even get close to meeting the time limit, the 2 drinks per person limit, or let alone even get our drinks yet..... in fact, we didn't even get water yet. I'm not sure what inclined him to give us our bill, when we didn't receive anything or close out yet. It felt rude and as if he was rushing for us to leave. When the drinks came, they were incorrect. We had to flag him down to get the correct drink, and we never got our water. He was not helpful, kind, engaging, or magical at all, and to be frank it felt like he did not want to be there and it really showed. While I go here every visit to Disneyland, I'm sadded about this very foul visit I had.

One of the few places you can grab a drink while at Disneyland. The drinks are pricey and very limited food options. We ordered edamame and were surprised that it was ice cold. Also, we made reservations and were surprised to learn booths and tables are communal which was not stated when we made the reservation. There is a 2 drink and 45 minute limit which feels rushed. I liked the decor and robot dj. Increasing rating as our server was friendly.

I thought that I was going to have to join the walk-in waitlist, but I managed to snag a coveted reservation at Oga's Cantina the morning we entered the park. Knowing that our game plan was to ride Rise of Resistance first, I was able to get a reservation at 9:10am. Yes, it's early, but you'd be surprised by how many adults were on the same page as us. Oga's Cantina was all about the detail. It did feel like it's straight out of Star Wars, and the alien DJ was a fun touch. They didn't sit us at our own table. Not sure if this is a thing, but they placed our party (a group of 4) at a communal table that already had 3 other parties (2 couples and another group of 4). I honestly don't mind community sitting and chatting with friendly strangers, but it felt cramped in our booth. We ordered a few cocktails including the Jedi Mind Trick, Yubnub, and Outer Rim. The Jedi Mind Trick was my drink and was the strongest of the 3. It reminded me of bad decisions and my early 20s. The drink tasted like a "gentler" AMF to me, and it also didn't help that it was the same color as one. The Yubnub was easy to drink like juice, and the Outer Rim was the best tasting of the 3. Can't remember the specific name of the tapa we shared, but it was basically a garlic knot with a spicy sauce. It was a tasty, savory treat and was a good palate cleanser between trying each drink. The dough was soft and gooey, and I loved the spicy sauce.

Highly recommend to any Star Wars lovers. The inside has such a cool vibe, feels like you're in a movie scene!Getting in is a hassle without a reservation but once you get in, service is quick.Their drink menu is top tier with tons of unique and interesting options. Probably the best place in Disney to grab a drink alcoholic or alcohol free.
