Absolutely terrible service and food. I had hoped for so much more. Working over six months before the disappointing event, I was very happy and felt confident this vendor would be perfect for my group. As a small business, I know the importance of building trust. Just 3 weeks before the event, when I REACHED out, not them, to confirm the details of the event, I was instructed there was a new admin team and they tried multiple times to send me a new invoice and overcharge me for "new fees". However, I already had overpaid according to their new menu options. I was never refunded and had already requested a line item to leave gratuity for the chefs on the day of the event. I was willing to let the overcharge amount go, as we paid that amount 5 months prior, and had already budgeted for the amount. Day-of however, we were sent an invoice for gratuity of $200, which I was willing to take on myself, and then the card used was charged $800!! No response from the admin team, except that they were not going to pay us back for any of it. How is this ok?! Already sent our details to the BBB. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS TEAM. There are so many options out there and skipping this option will save you so many headaches and time.

I went to Norr for their rotating Tasting Menu. This was my second tasting menu dinner at Norr Kitchen, and Chef Matt is amazing every time! When asked what my favorite of the night was, I literally could not choose! Be sure to add on the wine pairings: they're perfectly paired to each plate. At the front of their space, they have a cute cocktail bar. The bartender was so kind and knowledgeable: he recommended a twist on my drink that I'd never experienced before! Their featured cocktails use in-house infusions and syrups that are beyond phenomenal, making a truly thoughtful experience. The cocktail bar offers à la carte items off the tasting menu too. I really enjoyed the intimate dining experience. Great mood lighting, and great overhead lighting for taking pictures of the beautifully plated food. Oh, and they offer a take out menu if you'd rather have an elevated food experience at home.

A night filled with adventure, brought on by simple ingredients.Christiana, Thomas, Aly and Ash plus the 2 legends behind the counter prepping, engineering and building great experiences with their touch is well worth your time. Super blessed to have come in and experience the Norr Kitchen.

Wow, what can I say!This place is amazing, from the people working here, the food, the decor, everything! My friends and i ( group of 12) were looking for a place to eat late at night and everything was closed. But i found this gem. Even though they didn't have the full menu available because they ran out of their pasta that they make fresh. We were deciding on what to do, when the came outside and said they would love to host us. I feel that kind of customer service is rare to see. They arranged the tables to sit us down, made a ton of delicious food and stayed past their closing time. I can't thank them enough for their great effort to feed us. It was an amazing experience. Everyone agreed to be back and try their pasta, they even have gluten free options.I recommend this place 100% for everything. Thank you guys again for having us!

Portlands new hidden gem.Possibly the best service I have had in Portland, ever. Our waitress seemed like she genuinely cared how we were doing, how we liked the food, and she was the perfect amount of attentive.The food was all so fresh and amazing. I'm not huge on pasta but the pasta was so fresh and delicious. The salad was very flavorful and I love how many things were included in it.The vibe was perfect for date night. We went Saturday late, 9pm.Highly recommend, although I'm only hesitant to, because I don't want it to be booked all the time Amazing!

This restaurant has a nice ambiance and it is open but at the same time has tables placed in such a way that you have your own space. The menu has just a few items which is awesome because you don't have to worry about making a decision as everything that is on the menu is wonderful. I had a Caesar salad that was large enough to split as well as the Bolognese. My husband had the charcuterie plate for dinner and the other half of my salad. The wine list and cocktails have great descriptions so you can make the choice that is right for you and your dinner (or just go from drinks. FYI this restaurant does not have desserts but that's OK that just let you eat more of your dinner and you don't leave totally stuffed!) We will definitely be back!! Sorry no picture!

We went to Norr Kitchen again. I crave this place. Love the atmosphere, has a romantic yet casual/dressy vibe. The bar tender does an amazing job putting together some tasty craft cocktails. Of course the food is always really good! Can't go wrong with homemade pastas, fresh farm to table heirloom tomatoes and burrata salad. Love this place and will be back with friends.

Go here! This place is absolutely incredible. I found this place on Yelp and didn't know what to expect since there were not that many reviews. My date and I both agreed that this was one of the best dining experiences we had in a few years. It is such a charming and intimate dining experience. The food was delicious as well.

Hands down the best pasta we've had ever! This was definitely a great find. Wish there was more on the menu, only two pasta dishes but both were fantastic. Even the bread was great.

Amazing food and ambiance! This rustic location brought out the richness of the chef's creation. Their prosciutto wrapped figs were amazing! And the meatball dish redefined an Italian classic. Whether you're planning an event, group putting or just grabbing some delicious food to enjoy at home; NORR is definitely on the list.
