Niguel Bakery & Donuts

I went to this store after my work just to grab the donuts holes. The sweet lady who is the owner suggested me to try her ice Vietnamese coffee. I would say it was the best ice Vietnamese coffee I ever tried in my life.

We love this donut shop! We visit after our weekly ballet class at Tutu School, my girls look forward to the friendly service, and delicious and yummy offerings (their favorites include the giant cinnamon rolls, donut holes, maple bars and my personal favorite is their muffins). We usually opt for milk, chocolate milk, Martinelli's apple cider, or coconut water to go along with our donuts - but they have a plethora of beverage options and before pregnancy, I used to love their coffees (they're delicious). Also, the shop is very clean and beautifully decorated (lovely floors and I always enjoy their orchids). And there's a large selection of custom shakes/smoothies and handcrafted sandwiches - the pictures look incredible, but we haven't tried them yet as the donuts/muffins always win us over, haha.

I always thought the donuts here were good and stop by for donuts and coffee. She made coffee from taster's choice instant. It was awful.

Great shop for treats in Laguna. Everything looked really fresh and delicious. I stopped in for a weekend morning treat. I forgot her name but the lady working was so personable. She was chatting with everyone there. Although I stopped in for donuts I will be back to try their different sandwiches and drinks. The donuts were great. Super light and fluffy and great flavor. They do have seating for inside and outside.it's located in a nice hilly area so view is great. I'm definitely looking forward to coming back and enjoying some snacks outside now that summer is starting.

Great shop for a wide variety of donuts and sugar-loaded goodies.When I arrived mid-morning, a lot of the popular goodies were already snatched up. As with most donut shops, I'd highly recommend going early if you want to get your pick of the lot and choose from the freshest options. Thankfully there were still some basic sugar glazed donuts, cake donuts, filled donuts, bear claws, and fancier sprinkle donuts. In terms of service.. While the lady running the shop was nice, she was also a bit pushy trying to get me to purchase the cronuts on display (also pricier). I had to decline multiple times as I wasn't in a cronut mood. I caved to my inner glutton and ended up getting some of the bougie sprinkle donuts. They indeed are beautifully crafted - edible art. That's what drew me in. Didn't realize they were so much more expensive than the other donuts (I think they were close to $4-5 each vs the usual under a buck donut), so that was my bad. My bad also in purchasing those sugary sprinkle donuts because they are jacked up with SO MUCH SUGAR. After my first bite, I could feel the diabetus setting in. You immediately get an overwhelming, artery-clogging sugar rush. And not in a good way. I would be very careful giving kids a whole sprinkle donut. That would be very dangerous, so please proceed with caution. Many of the sphere sprinkles were also extremely hard, so be careful to not chip your teeth! The yeast and cake donuts themselves were good. Soft, good texture. Exactly what I hope for when I get a bakery fresh donut. I would consider coming back for the basic cake and yeast donuts, but would definitely skip the sprinkle donuts to prevent my life-expectancy from drastically dropping a few years per bite :-)

I think my review was deleted! Wonderful donuts and the sweetest people work here. They serve to our church, south shores in Laguna niguel. I love their chocolate old fashioned. Enjoyed supporting them during Covid and so glad that they could stay open. Be sure to give them a try!

The lady behind the counter was sweet. While I was there, she microwaved the donuts. I realize that she did this to warm them up. However, when I got home and took the donuts out of the bag, a lot of the frosting was stuck to the inside of the bag. Also, when I tasted the donuts they were hard. Donuts should be soft and these weren't.

Nicest lady always has the best donuts and coffee every morning. Always has a clean shop as well

The single best customer service experience I have ever had in my life. The people there are so incredibly warm and genuine they make me and my friends feel happy for going in. The food is amazing as well always freshly baked Their coffee is my favorite part. Please come and check it out!

The best donuts I ever had! The lady was so sweet and kind. She offered me to try her ice Vietnamese coffee. It was good. Not too sweet and not too milky which I really like.
