Nguyen Boba Tea

My boyfriend and I visited on nye at 6:55pm (they close at 7pm) the lady working was literally locking the front door, she saw us pull up, and asked us if we wanted to come in she was the sweetest lady for letting us be her last customers. We ordered two mango green teas with boba and they were delicious. Thank you again to the kind lady for fulfilling our boba sweet tooth's that night and staying open a little bit longer!

Orders with DoorDash. The Thai tea has a picture of Boba in it and then no way of adding Boba to it so you would assume there's Boba in it. But no, And of course they didn't pick up the phone so now I can't even get it fixed and now they're closed. The whole point of DoorDash is to get your order delivered to you, but I just wasted my money.UPDATE: drove all the way in person for this a day later and called and she refused to give me another drink with boba in it even when I showed her all of this. Horrible !!!!!! Wasted $13 on this !!!

I got the Hawaiian fruit tea, which is one of their most popular. I wasn't asked to adjust my sweetness so the way it comes is a little too sweet for me. The orange juice is what comes through the most. The boba didn't come out fresh but it wasn't bad! Just a little chewier than I would've liked it.Owner isn't the friendliest and she only lets you stay a max of 2 hours. Also, no wifi available here.

I've had this place on my list to try for a while now. Very disappointed. Tried the Viet coffee and the Nguyen Family milk tea. Both are very artificial tasting. Ended up throwing away both our drinks. Service is good. Indoor seating is an available.

I thought Nguyen was alright. I went here with some friends for the first and noticed they had a good variety of options. They had lots of milk teas, some slushies, and regular teas. They also had non-dairy milk tea options as well. Oh and milk alternatives like soy and almond. I just wished they had oat milk to just used regular organic milk. I did liked that you can customize your drink with add-ons and adjusting sweetness level. I got their matcha with crema and boba. The matcha did not taste of high quality. It was mid at best. The staff was nice and answered all our questions but ended up messing up my friends drink. The inside of this place is casual and pretty spacious. There are lots of places to sit and hang out. But probably will not be back.

Nguyen BoBa recently held its grand opening, with a banner advertising a promotion, though it's valid from 4 to 8 PM. Bummer would had more traffic if they did 2-5! The venue itself is fairly typical, resembling many other similar shops with a standard backdrop for photos. I was a bit laughable the menu is high overhead that one may get neck cramp looking waaaay up. Luckily, paper printout are plastered on the countertop.The owner is a sweet lady and offer some recommendation.We tried coffee ube and ice tea. The tea was refreshing but seems like all drinks are premade. Not bad but likely will not come back.

Such a nice boba spot in Tustin to try.This boba place is great , very chill and relaxing when you walk in. They have lounging tables where you can sit and chill with your friends, they also got games that you can play too to just enjoy your friends and family while enjoying your boba tea. The service was 10/10 quick easy and they made our drinks really tasty. I'd definitely come back to try all their other drinks that they have to offer! Finally managed to try this and it's mid. I thought that some of the drinks would be more interesting given their names like Saigon milk tea or something but it was just brown sugar. I don't think I would turn it down if I got it for free but I wouldn't drive to get it

It's mid honestly like the boba is ok and customer service sucks with dead face employees and just them lounging around the place. Place could use more decor to add more life to it. I wished it was better considering I live pretty close but nope you are better off going to another one of the millions boba places we have here at Tustin/irvine

The passion fruit mango drink with lychee jelly was very good. Not too sweet either which I really liked about it. Will definitely come back here again.
