Honestly this is one of those gems I didn't think I'd find around these parts ! When I was a young lad, my grandma would buy us these ice fruit pops or arroz con leche pops that this lady next door made. This is a hundred times better but oh man does it bring back memories! Located off 19th and Pomona Ave in Costa Mesa it is across from the redemption church in this tiny little plaza. I was looking for ice cream on Yelp and noticed this was nearby! There is parking in the back but I did go closer to their closing time . I got a mamey fruit ice pop, guava , arroz con leche and mango i think. My favorite was the guava by far! But mamey never disappoints! The lady is so nice and let me know that they will be having more things in the near future which definitely intrigued me

I absolutely live this place and the customer service. A few months ago it was closed down but finally reopened. I love their fresh fruit frozen cups. I always treat my team with desserts from here.

DO NOT COME HERE!!!SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!If I could, I would give them ZERO stars. By far the worst customer service, ever. Keep in mind, before placing my order I asked the woman working if she can make the Chamoyada THICK. She said she could so, I proceeded with my order.When she handed me the Chamoyada it was way too watery, I might as well have ordered an Agua Fresca.I obviously refused to pay $7 for it, because I had asked beforehand if she could make it thick. When I asked her to remake it the way I asked, she said "sorry, I can't do that" Then, I asked if she could just put more ice and she said "no that's how we make it" A few minutes later a man walks out from the back and tries to explain to her how to make it and how I wanted it. Later I told him that it's not that hard to make It my way. I told him that I too, work in customer service and help run a business, as a result, I know changing things to fulfill a customers request isn't that hard. I mean, they are who keep your business open. I decided to leave it at that and as I was walking out he made a remark behind my back, so I turned around and asked if he wanted to talk to me...He was appalled by my question and threatened to call the police What an encounter. again, save your money. Im all about supporting small, local businesses but, not this one.

Does not wear gloves when preparing food. Does not wash hands in between orders. Nice lady, it's just a shame she's not extra cautious when dealing with food. We were going to order something other than ice cream but didn't like the fact that she doesn't use gloves and touches everything with her hands.

I just moved to the area and decided to stop by this place today. I ordered the tostitos mixtos (basically tosilocos with a lot more fruit) and my bf got the arroz con leche paleta it was about $10 for both. SERVICE: The lady working there was the owner and she was so sweet and helpful. I wasn't sure what to get and she explained to me some of the specials they had and what the more popular treats were. I was the only customer at the time I went and she greeted me and served me promptly.FOOD: We both loved our treats! The owner explained to me that she makes all her paletas with all natural ingredients. OVERALL: There is a parking lot behind the building which was nice. It's a small lot so I am not sure what it looks like at busier times. The food was delicious and excellent customer service. I will def be back again! NOTE: this place is cash only so plan accordingly

My all time favorite shaved ice place, ever!!!!!! The women who owns the place is super sweet and she makes it all herself which makes it even cooler. Perfect spot during the summer!

Que bonito lugar ! Mi encanto! La señora que nos ayudó era muy amable y tenía una bonita personalidad! Mi encanto el diablito y a mi novia le encantó su raspado. Recomiendo este lugar ! 10/10 !
