The cashier didn't greet me and awkwardly stood there in silence when I greeted her. Then we continued to have a bit awkward of an interaction. When I ordered, I asked if the granola on my bowl was GF. She nodded her head no. So I asked if they had GF granola and she said yes. I asked to have that instead. Then when we went to pay, there was an upcharge for "extra granola"... so then I asked if that was correct/if you had to pay for the GF version and she nodded yes. I've worked in customer service for 10+ years and in my opinion, if someone were to ask for something like a substitution like that, you need to inform them that it costs more when they ask. Also, each customer should be greeted at the very least, and you should speak instead of just nodded your head. All of that is just common courtesy/good customer service...Also, the bowl I ordered was super watery and barely flavorful. Save your money and go to Trader Joe's two doors down for a juice etc

I love visiting Nekter, especially after a good workout for healthy replenishment! What's even.. cooler?! Finding out their 2023 summer fun inside SKOOP! In collaboration with Nintendo, Nekter is offering three fun vegan skoops as a limited promotion from June 1 to September 4. Heh knowing me... if I had simply seen vegan skoop on the menu... probs would've glazed over. Slap on a KIRBY... OK, OK LEMME INHALE IT! The three coconut based flavors are:-Mario Kart Cookie Cruiser (cookie dough)-Splatlands Birthday (cake batter)-Kirby's Berry Dream (strawberry)Mario Kart and Splatlands were completely sold out, but no worries, since strawberry flavor (and Kirby) was my first choice. Oddly I got it in a Mario KUP (heh).. but all good - scoop still represented Kirby pink! Tasted like creamy sorbet - strawberry flavored forward with a faint hint of coconut. Enjoyed it, refreshing! I can imagine it being even better mid-day under the summer sun.Alongside the skoop, I got my go to Popeye's Acai with $1 metabolism or immunity boost. I like it because I feel I get the best of both worlds - mix of berry fruits and veggie spinach. Also, each time I get it after a workout, I imagine myself growing stronger like Popeye.What also caught my... EYE... was the Yelp free ginger shot check-in, $3.99 value. I had no idea what to expect and totally didn't see the BURN coming LOL but it was a nice sip for the health benefits.

I'm not sure who would be at fault here, whether it's the lack of resources or the lack of staffing but over 45 minutes for two açaí bowls on a light to mild crowd doesn't make sense. Almost everyone (3-4 orders) had to wait at least this long for their small orders. The business needs to better at providing their workers with the proper resources because this seems to be the common trend based on the reviews

Lesson learned from reading reviews. I'm a Nekter lover and I've had everything from their juices, smoothies, and acai bowls. I placed an order through the DoorDash app to pick up and when I went to pick it up none of the employees acknowledged me or let me know they would help me when they had a chance. I also noticed several more customers come in after me and they were also ignored. I know what it's like to work in a busy environment and had they simply said "Hi, I'll be with you shortly" I would have gladly waited. When I asked one of the workers if my order was ready he didn't say one word to me but just slid my acai bowl towards me. I know we all have rough days so I just took my bowl and went to eat it outside. It was so watery and had no good taste to it. I didn't have time to request them to remake it or ask for a refund since I was working and on my break. I just picked the fruit on top and ended up throwing the rest away. I've been to multiple Nekter locations and this has got to be the worst one. Learn from my mistake and trust the other reviews!

Ordered a PB&J smoothie (small $8.79) online. Appreciated the ability to order online and pick up my order on time, but dang this smoothie was NOT good at all! It tasted like an over ripened frozen banana with peanut butter and smear or strawberry jam on it. Overly sweet, not tasty, and just over priced. Would suggest skipping the PB&J smoothie, bad recipe!

I am writing this review regarding their bad customer service and the quality of their drinks. I went in at 1:30 pm to order a toxin flush and the buzz , and it took them 30 minutes to make the buzz. When I stood there and asked for my order, no one answered me, and everyone ignored me. This is the second time I have experienced this at this location. When my order came out, one of the drinks, which was the buzz, tasted awful. I even asked them if this was the buzz because the color looked very different, and they said yes. When I tried the drink, it was the worst drink I have ever had. I told them not to put ginger in the drink because I usually get headaches from ginger, but they put a lot of ginger in the drink with no carrots. I will never go to this location again and have learned my lesson.
